Dr. Dzul and this office were great medically on my follow-up on a nose-bleed that wouldn't stop 🛑. He and his office have kept me waiting for more than an hour, and counting, without any warning ⚠️. When I said I need to leave, the receptionist gave me a somewhat rude and flippant response. Just be forewarned , this office is inconsiderate of patients time.

Sat in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment. Finally called back to the room, then sat there for another 25 minutes. Then Dr Andrew Dzul comes in. Within three minutes of being there he tells me that I have allergies, then walks out. My insurance was charged $464.54. Waste of time and money. Will NEVER go back.

My first and only visit to see this doctor was a waste of my time. Dr. Dzul makes it immediately clear that you're just another number to him. I was not able to tell him much about why I was in for the appointment before he made assumptions about my past medical history and the reason for my visit that day. He seemed obnoxiously uninterested in anything I was saying and left me with the impression that he hated his job. Perhaps he doesn't have a good grasp at leaving his problems at the door before he steps into the office? Maybe he is sick of doing the same job for over 30 years and dealing with people? Whatever the reason isI know when I'm not welcome. I urge strong caution before booking an appointment with this doctor.
