I never have a bad visit when I go to Lakeland Harley. The only time I'm not happy is when I have to leave. I went there last night with my son and 2y old granddaughter in search of a Christmas present for my bf. He's a motorcycle riding truck driver (great combo) and could only come up with one thing that he wanted, a pair of Harley Davidson suspenders. They had what I was looking for, in fact they had just gotten a shipment in earlier in the day. My granddaughter was taking her Daddy around and pointing out which bikes he needed to buy, that's my girl!!! If she had her way, we could start our own bike club and give each member a new bike when they join. Merry Christmas everyone

Most of the salesman are attentive to what you need. The service department is very friendly. Parts is hit or miss. They are always willing to help, no matter which department.

Dropped my bike on trip to Alaska. Did about $4000.00 in damage. Took it to this place for repairs, they said would take about 2 to 3 weeks to fix. Finally got my bike after 4 months! They tried 4 times to get me to sign the insurance check before they finished repairs. If I had, I may still be waiting for my bike. This is the worst service department I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I will not darken there door again for any reason! Like a previous reviewer, I would give them negative marks if possible!!!! This place sucks!!!!

Went in for voltage issues, they charged battery and put a fuse in the battery tender for 118.00. Went for a ride a few days later and the bike broke down. After listening to some friends i went and bought a multi meter for 20 bucks after checking and replacing regulator for another 75.00 and the 176.00 tow bill home the bike works. Note to self, fix it yourself.

Walked in to just look around had been going back and forth with Orlando Harley for about a year now and was just about through with the Harley name. but then when I showed up to the Lakeland location was greeted warmly by tony told him I was only here to check out what they had and nothing more we talked for about 30-45mins and a beautiful sportster 48 pulled tony attended to him really quick while swapping the owners plates to a new bike I asked tony how much would the 48 be and he came back with awesome numbers I would have never thought I would be treated so warmly and welcoming as if I was an actual family member but the way tony and his team has made me feel I don't think blood could make us closer haha besides that go see tony he is the best!!! Thanks for picking out my bell buddy!!!!!

The service department helped me at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon with a radio issue. They gave the greatest customer service I have received anywhere. A great thanks to them, especially C.J.

Plenty of parking and a well-stocked store. Enjoy a beer while you wait to have your bike serviced. Usually some good sale prices in the apparel section. Good selection of new and used bikes

Fantastic experience and the other writer is right. Shaylynn is the best.
I managed to limp into the dealership with a 102,000 miles on my 2004 that had a failing voltage regulator and failed stator. This was a Sunday afternoon during bike week and I rode from Baltimore with some friends.
The service department went right to work to get me back on the road. Garcia invited me to do a test ride. We rode the Ultra Glide and the Road Glide Ultra, switching bikes on the road. I was hooked. I made a phone call to my wife and showed her pictures. Within two hours my bike was fixed, traded-in, financing done, tags transferred, luggage emptied and reloaded into a 2017 model. My friends were waiting nearby at a craft brewery when I pulled up on the new ride from Lakeland. I can't recommend them enough. After getting home I got a call from local dealership and I told them what I paid. They said I got a great deal and I smiled for the next 2,800 miles since.
