This is an awesome place. I do feel as if the owner of the resort/banana jacks can care less for this place because most times the machines are down but the jungle gym makes up for it. Christian was very attentive and great with the kids, this is the service that keeps me coming back. Their is a bar a few feet away I like to have a long island and be able to see my kids play(stress free) which makes it a good time myself and most of all my kids.

Used to be a great place to take the kids and have fun. Was like a better chuck e cheese. Now it's just depressing. No more food most of the games are broken and the prizes are terrible. Really sad to say but we probably will never go back.

Service was extremely slow for being empty. Food was ok but overpriced. With so many good restaurants within driving distance, it's worth the time getting into your car and driving elsewhere.

Free indoor playground. We usually get some tokens and ride, but sometimes the rides break down. I would like to try the pool. The ice cream is good. Really the best part is that it's a free indoor playground and you can buy rides.

Terrible place! Most arcade games were broken. They booked a party right after our party and rushed us out of the room. Sped through signing happy birthday and even grabbed all the guest personal bags and took them out of the party room to start setting up for the next party. Won't be going back or having a kids party there.

I think this business need to step their game up! The owner should consider a complete do over with the interior/ exterior and staff. The staff looked like addicts, and when I placed my order the waitress came back to the table and said the cooks were ready to go. It was 40 mins before closing! No excuse but laziness.

The food is delicious, after you have to wait st least 15 minutes to be acknowledged. My family sat down at a table and waited 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted for a drink after seeing multiple employees just walk by and glare at us. There were only 2 other families in the restaurant, and at least 5 employees walked by before we got spoken to. The service is awful. At another point during or stay we wanted to just order a pizza and eat it by the pool, and I stood in line waiting at the bar for over 20 minutes just to order. So I decided to order at Mia's Pizza which is .2 miles away and I got it within minutes and then got yelled at for bringing it in the pool area because it wasn't from Banana Jack's. I told them that I waited 20 minutes to order and they still told me I couldn't eat my pizza there. Very rude and inconsiderate employees who hate their jobs.
