Our family spent 5 nights. Great waterfront home. There are kayaks you can launch at the dock in the backyard. Nice firepit. Great screened in porch. This is a wonderful place. Relaxing and comfortable. The owner is very helpful with restaurants and fishing info. The neighborhood cat Clarence is so sweet.

Nice dock, quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighborhood cat (Clarence). Sam - the owner - is very responsive and takes good care of the property. We will definitely go back there for a getaway!

Awesome home for everyone’s well needed downtime, book it, promise you will love it. Beautifully maintained, super clean and all around goodness. Clarence the cat was a nice treat that comes with the house, he stays outside so no need to worry about allergens inside the home. The local market, Sunny’s, right down the road are there if you forget something. Lake Seminole is a fisherman paradise too. You will love this place.

Right when you open the front door you can feel the coziness of this lake house . I made a cup of coffee from coffee maker walked out the back door to a lake view of beautiful backyard of a boat house dock with two wooden swings to sit and swing to the side of me a hammock to lay in . The newly added on screened in porch area decorated with a table and chairs and you can at night turn on the canopy of lights up above . There is also two corn hole games to play and out under the carport in the front is a really nice ping pong table in the backyard also There is an awesome fire pit with four chairs to sit around and have a delightful bon-fire make sure you Bring your own firewood like we did you will love sitting around roasting marshmallows and maybe even telling stories. If you love kayaking there are two of those to enjoy also to just adventure out or just fish if not you can fish right off the dock . I loved it so much here so did my husband we didn’t want to leave it was so relaxing and peaceful. It’s truly a peaceful haven as soon as you walk through the front door . The owner is wonderful he responds quickly if you have any questions.we will definitely be back to stay actually looking forward to going back . If your looking for a place for quiet or even a family gathering this is the place to be .thank you for letting us stay T your peaceful Haven.

My family and I had such a great time at this lake house. The house was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. This place is located in the country, so you get the feeling you are away from it all. There are a few restaurants nearby, a dollar general, and the town of bainbridge is only about a 20 minute drive. My husband and son took the kayaks out every morning and evening to fish and caught several nice bass. I sat on the patio enjoying the peacefulness and swung in the hammock and read a book. We had dinner at The Pond House restaurant one night, and YUM, so delicious! It was such a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and do a little fishing. The owner Sam was very friendly and responsive. Five stars!

My family of 6 rented the house for a week to escape Hurricane Irma down in Florida. 4 kids that are all 4 yrs and under, wife and myself. We ended up with 2 more people as my mother in law and father in law had to join us when they evacuated. The 3 bedroom house accomodated all 8 of us very comfortably. Located right on Lake Seminole with beautifull views and a covered dock with kayaks. UNBELIEVABLE BASS fishing ! A large screened in porch in the back overlooking the lake area and a large fire pit in the back as well that we used a couple nights. You cannot beat this place for what you get anywhere I have ever traveled. The owner is a great guy and checked in on us multiple times daily during the storm to assure we were safe and did not need anything. You cannot go wrong with this rental or owner. We have turned this evacuation spot into a new family vacation spot.

We visited this location Labor Day weekend 2017. This house is laid out nicely and accomodated 11 of us comfortably. There is a dock out back which we utilized for our boat. The hammock was very nice as well. Everything was updated, clean and well stocked. There was nothing that we needed that we couldn't find. Neighbors were polite. It was quiet and serene. The owner was very responsive to emails from the beginning to the end. If you are looking for relaxing along with fishing, this is the place to be. I would recommend this location and I will definitely be staying again in the near future :)

I rented the house for almost two months last year and I could not have been more pleased with the location and quality of the home. Its location is perfect for someone new to the area or familiar being in the center of the lake. Minutes from a boat ramp, grocery store, and the local restaurant makes every day errands and travel a breeze. The house is very well furnished and very homey, making you feel right at home. The covered boat dock is great and the backyard view is phenomenal. I recommend this property to any family consisting of children of any age to enjoy!

We have stayed many times at this house. Each time we have created beautiful memories. We love mornings in the swing on the dock as the birds wake up and serenade us. We love sunsets from that same swing after a great day either on the water or finding treasures in nearby Bainbridge and Donalsonville. It's always clean and has provided all we needed for a great stay. It has recently been updated and looks great. The 60 inch smart TV is awesome and even though we like to get away from it all, the added wifi is a plus. You wont go wrong choosing this rental!
