Do not stay here. I was massacred by bed bugs. Pest control came and confirmed the cottage was infested, but the irresponsible management had already thrown out the mattress into the dumpster which is on the property in close proximity to all the cottages. The cottage was fumigated and I was moved to another cottage but I was still getting bit. They refunded my money but given the stress, pain, time and also cost of buying new clothes it was one of the most awful experiences of my life. My friend was staying with me and she brought them home with her. Cost her thousands of dollars to finally get rid of them as her landlord wouldn't pay for it. We are both emotionally distressed and still get nightmares.

This was the nicest, friendliest, and tidy RV resort I have been to yet! Smack in the center of North Naples, ocean and beaches are 20-30 minutes away. Stores, theaters, and attractions, are all near by. The other guests and residents are so helpful and friendly, too. Loved it!

Clean, decent lots in good shape, friendly staff, the road right next to it is minimally traveled, but you do here State Route 41. Not a big problem, the birds are louder.
