Absolutely no customer service! No signs that indicate to whom or where to get any info about rentals and whem they finally showed up, they literlly quick you out without giving you the chance to pay for the services with the excuse of "it was reserved" but no signs whatsoever.

We were down here for spring break and had a fabulous first time parasailing experience with these guys! The price was reasonable and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. I would absolutely go back and recommend it to everyone.
