We LOVED it!!!!! What an amazing experience we had there, the pools are for me the main attraction , spent the whole day out by the many pools , what service!! You're lounging around the pool , put your little flag up and service comes to you , how great is that. We will definitely go back. The rooms atevery nice wr stayed on the 15 fl we had vies of the pools and the bay , two walkabout balconies , one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Hallways are very quiet , i love that, absolutely beautiful. Eduardo and I had a memorable stay. Keep up the good work!!!

A fantastic place to vacation! The new water park featuring 3 slides and a lazy river makes this resort an excellent place to vacation, whether you have kids or not. The restaurants are top of the line including the bar and grill located near the water park. I highly recommend Hyatt Cococut Point!

Extremely beautiful! We had a corner suite, which gave us 3, yes 3, balconies in our suite. We had a balcony off of our bathroom! The TV was as big as my TV stand, in my house. There were 5 water slides, and for those who don't want a lot if noise while laying out by the pool, there is also an "adult pool" and Jacuzzi. It is definitely a 5 star hotel!

Alright- I don't write reviews but I was obligated here and for good reason. My daughter left her pillow that is her "lovey" (passed down for two generations, yea I know we love pillows a little too much) anyways, we left it there, it was left in the sheets. Neil at the front desk went above and beyond including chasing laundry carts and digging through them to find the pillow. Thank you Neil! That's real customer service that goes above and beyond.
Hope that the management staff is aware of the gem they have in Neil. He embodies what the Hyatt is all about.
Regarding the rest of the hotel, we actually are locals and pay to stay here at this hotel simply because it's that great. We haven't been in 3 years and we were excited to see all that's been added including a new lazy river and some awesome water slides. We have 3 kids (all under 6) and it was great. The hotel does a great job of creating a kid friendly environment without sacrificing the stay of the rest of the guests who don't have kids.
In general the staff is overly friendly, as I mentioned the situation with Neil and him going above and beyond. The one gentleman (didn't get his name) who helped us with our bags helped to get our car loaded and in all was great as well.
In short, we will most definetly keep coming back to the Hyatt and glad we live so close to be able to do so!response / report this review -

This hotel is amazing. The rooms were great. The Lazy River was awesome. The water slides were fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Great room and bathroom. About 2 miles from restaurants. Will have to Uber there though. They offer champagne at check in and there are about 4 pools. Not a bad place to relax.

Great room. Very spacious. Huge flat screen. Clean. Drain in the shower was slow though. Property is very nice. The pools are very nice. The shuttle to their private island was very convenient. The beach there is very pleasant. There were chairs and umbrellas first come first serve. Lots of shells to find.

Great pool area, and pontoon boat to private beach is nice. A bit pricey for a resort not directly on the ocean, yet the kids enjoyed themselves. Fire pit for making your own smores at night is also nice, although would be nice if pools were open later than sundown. Also, last return boat from private beach leaves at 415pm, so no chance of enjoying a beautiful sunset unless you hop in car and drive about 30 to 45 minutes to a nearby beach or restaurant. I would recommend Marco Island Marriott or Ritz Carlton as better choices.
We paid extra for a balcony room with a view, and outside we were overlooking the parking garage with an angle toward the pool area. The building is designed poorly, so the only rooms with great views are the upper levels facing west towards the ocean.response / report this review -

Nice resort in Fort Myers. Little bit of a drive from the airport but once there you will be glad for it. Stupendous entry way with small shops throughout. Awesome pool area and nice restaurant. Extra friendly staff and a glass of champagne for you when you check in. In case the pool isn't enough, there is a boat service to take you to a private beach that runs every 30 minutes. Book it early as it can fill up fast. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the resort next time.

Hotel is great. Rooms are nice. My only issue are the birds by the kid pool. Some of the crows are very aggressive and have attacked my wife three times in our first day. We have moved to another area which has helped. Other than that, we like the place.

Stayed for one night for a friends wedding. Staff was courteous. Hotel staff during all meals were fantastic. Hotel has so much to do you dont need to leave. Pools are awesome!

The property is beautiful with lots of amenities for every member of the family. They have multiple pools (including an adults only pool) and a water park for the kids. The restaurants on property are great, including the poolside one from which you can sit down to eat or the top-notch staff will serve you poolside. We have visited on numerous occasions for our anniversary weekends and have always found the service and amenities second to none. Highly recommended.

This hotel is beautiful. They have huge rooms and the pool is amazing. They also have a private island in the gulf they bring you to via boat. Tarpon Cay is a fantastic restaurant for seafood on property. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there and hope to return soon.

This hotel is beautiful from top to bottom
At check in, we were greeted with a wonderful warm welcome from Dori M. She was so helpful and informative I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond and that really set the tone for an amazing stay. And as you see from the photographs it's an absolutely beautiful hotel, our room was spectacular with a fantastic view. We didn't eat at hotel but did get a drink walk around the grounds at night which was really beautifully lit with all the Palm trees and the fires that were placed throughout the property. All in all you just got the sense that they just want you to have a really memorable time and we will definitely be back.response / report this review
