Do not go to this hotel. Toilet came dirty and clogged. Lamp did not work. They refused to fix it until midnight. Room was very dirty and smelt bad

Supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Rooms especially bathroom smells like smoke when we checked in. There are signs everywhere about this being a non smoking hotel ( funny). We let the room air out and came back the next day and room and bathroom again smelt of marijuana and cigarette smoke. We complained to the manager and he never got back. It does not seem the staff care either. Beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms you can hear people's conversations until 3am.

The room was surprisingly big and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite, very helpful with any query I had. Breakfast was a good selection of bagels, muffins, fruit etc to set you up for the day. Would stay here again.

Good location to explore Brooklyn, 3 blocks away from subway that takes straight to Manhattan, however quite a long trip. All ok but wi-fi was better down in the subway that on the hotel's 5th floor!

Not the best of locations if you are after new york Skyline view. Decent hotel for good price. Breakfast only till 9 is not great when you want to have a lie in. Hence 4 star

The location, price, and accommodations made at this hotel were excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel, like others I've stayed in while on business has rooms that aren't sound proofed well. This means you can hear people talking in the hallway, people in adjacent rooms, and guests with their luggage at all hours of the day. It can at times be disruptive to sleep. If you bring some ear plugs, it easily solves this issue. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again and recommend it to others.

My wife and I stayed last week. We had a great experience. rooms were clean, helpful staff. the hotel is a close walk to subway, where we went in every direction. Some reviews describe the neighborhood as a slum, but i disagree. There are great restaurants/bars nearby, and it allowed us to stay in a in a place that is different from the usual stale suburban hotel experience of other metro areas.

Excellent customer service from Tea' at the front desk & others throughout the Inn. 🤗 Very clean Inn/hotel with beautifully updated rooms & bathrooms!! Competitive rates & excellent parking! I'll definitely stay here in the future. Thanks

It was pretty good for the price no hard time we asked for extra pillows and towels amd they were really kind about it the beds seemed a little rough but theyre in process of renovating so im assuming theyll be changed too but overall it was nice

A dog barked 4 times inside the motel. A car alarm was set off once at 115 am. Surrounding area is a slume. But the motel is clean and staff is very nice.

Picking up an intoxicated friend from a bad night, I only briefly interacted with the environment. The front desk was friendly, the decor both in the room and public areas was modern and tasteful, and it's relatively close to mass transit.

The room was nice, housekeeping was lousy. Housekeeping didn't replace soap and towels when running low. They knocked my bracelet off the nightstand and didn't pick it up. In the morning they were talking very loud in the hallway while I was trying to sleep in.
