Great ambiance . okay food.
I ordered the "Grilled All-Natural Ribeye Steak" which is about 16 Oz along with sides of mashed potatoes and fires. The steak I thought needed more seasoning and was average.
Their bread is made fresh and is really good. Service is great.response / report this review -

Real nice atmosphere, however some may think it's a little too dark inside. Other than that everything looks great. Nice selection of drinks and good service. The only thing wrong for me was I didn't like the taste of my main dish. Same problem with my significant other. May just be us but I'm not usually a picky eater. (Dishes were seared ahi and scallops)

We fell in love with the Cliffhouse, on our first visit, 17 years ago. The rustic architectural design blends into the hillside of historic Point Happy to create a unique and magical setting. The atmosphere, incredible service, and artisan crafted dining always results in a “Some Enchanted Evening” experience! Valet parking & elevator available.

Really enjoyed our meal. Cliffhouse seems to be affiliated with the Pacifica that is down 111 in Palm Desert..which is OK. My martini was PERFECT. The wine was greatthe scallops were awesome. And, of course, the ice cream pie is a MUST GET!!! Was disappointed that there was not much of a view out the windows, but the environment inside was very nice.

Interesting setting. Food options were abundant, service was efficient and friendly. My meal was prepared as desired, exactly as ordered. Lots of other options in area, this place should be on your go to list.

The flat iron steak was very good. The pork loin was too salty. Best Apple Strudel I've had in years.

Good food, Good wine. Nice service Perfect way to celebrate my sweetheart's birthday. I loved the Sea bass and he liked the Seafood Stew. Mud pie is his favorite dessert. We will be back

The sugar salmon was terrific, the baby back ribs not so much. The waitress was great except when we were making a decision to have soup salad or something else she neglected to tell us that there was already a salad that came with one of the meals. Salads are good but one doesn't need two of them.

This place has a wonderful atmosphere. 360 degree view of the desert from the dining room, friendly service and delicious food. Can't wait to come back here and eat!

Excellent food, and drinks. I had the lamb chops and they are cooked to perfection. The wine selection is good. Great bar to enjoy some drinks as well.

Built into the side of a rocky - Hill, it has great views, a large menu, fast service and good food. It's a little crowded with value - seeking tourists for my liking.

It was a great experience! The food was delicious, the service was fast & friendly, & the picturesque setting was beautiful & unique. The heaters kept us cozy as we dined outdoors on the side of a rock cliff!
