I wanted to love L'Elite Bridal but found the service to be horrendous. I had visited multiple bridal boutiques in NYC prior to my appointment at L'Elite. I was knowledgable about what I was looking for and was excited that they carry a range of brands so I could compare dresses.

My sales associate was so disinterested and unhelpful that it made the experience miserable. I was trying on their biggest ballgowns and she refused to help me into the dresses because of covid policies (despite her not wearing a mask and this being summer of 2023). I had visited 5+ other boutiques and every single boutique and associate acknowledged how difficult it can be to get into these large ballgown style dresses and would HELP me. She would stare off into the distance or go talk to other sales associates. Ultimately, my mom and I were left mostly alone to get into these dresses and be clipped in.

At the end, the associate felt she needed to take my measurements and did not write any of them down and said she "knew the numbers and would write them down when she got to her desk". With that experience, I can understand how dresses can arrive in the wrong size because she could have easily (and likely) would have mixed up the numbers.

Needless to say, even though I saw a dress I liked here I did not purchase it and went to another store I could actually trust.

They are incredible. Everybody who works there wants the best for the bride. The whole process, while stressful, was great because they really did everything they could to help me. I picked out a gown and had some panic a few days after. Lauren quickly helped relieve that by allowing me to try on other gowns just to ensure I loved what I picked. The alternations were amazing. My dress lining was originally in the wrong color, but they quickly fixed that. After trying it on again, I felt disappointed because there were some parts that I wasn’t loving. Lena worked with me through every step to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. When I changed some of my vision, she quickly shifted to make it what I was looking for. She listened to me and worked with me to create a dress I was excited about, when I was worried I made the wrong choice. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely stunning bridal shop in Boston! I've bought from them twice, and both experiences were magical. The owners were incredibly professional and helpful in selecting the perfect dress.
If you want to feel cherished, supported, and elated during your dress-hunting journey, look no further. This charming boutique in Boston is a true haven for brides-to-be, and I am beyond grateful to the owners for helping me find the dress of my dreams not once, but twice! My wedding day was made all the more magical because of their incredible assistance.

After trying all the wedding gowns Montreal had to offer, I found my perfect dress at Lelite Bridal in Boston. The experience was very professional end to end, and the seamstress did a fabulous job with the alterations. I absolutely love my dress. Thank you, Lelite Bridal team!

After trying on LOTS of dresses (and even buying 2) I was very much starting to think I was never going to find THE dress. I went to L'elite planning to shop off of their rack since my wedding was only 7 months away, but they pulled designers that would be able to work with my time frame. I found a gown I loved but something was just not quite right, and the team at L'elite helped me work with the designer (Ines Di Santo) to combine the top of one of her dresses with the bottom of another to create my absolute dream dress! When the dress arrived a month early, I was absolutely ecstatic and so so happy with the results. I also used their alterations team and they did a fantastic job and listened carefully to all of my requests. Highly recommend!
