I cant speak highly enough of Alexandra's but especially Desiree. She actually helped me with my bridesmaids dresses, then continued to help me with my wedding gown in alterations. Every appointment I had, I was greeted by her smiling face! The top of my dress needed to be completely reconstructed so I was a bit nervous with the process. She reassured me over and over again that Connie would do a beautiful job altering it and boy did she ever. I had my dream wedding on 8/15/20 in my dream dress and it was all because of these two amazing ladies at Alexandra's!

Leading up to my appointment I had a lot of disappointment with having to reschedule twice due to COVID (completely out of the hands of Alexandra’s, just the sheer disappointment for my exciting day!) However, once I was there, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL and I was so excited to be there. My consultant Rosana was wonderful and went above and beyond. Her concern for making me (and only me) happy with my dress choice was extremely apparent, and so appreciated. It was safe, clean, and all employees were extremely patient given current circumstances. I highly recommend for any brides during and beyond this pandemic!
My consultant (Rosana) is a 5 star, I just gave my review 4 star due to the person I originally was scheduled with was changed day of without my knowledge. I wish I was able to send choices or styles beforehand to the consultant. Otherwise it was a fabulous experience!response / report this review -

This was my first wedding dress appointment. I did not expect to buy a dress, but that changed quick! Alexandra's was such a wonderful experience. Alyssa was beyond great, she had me send her a few things I liked prior to the appointment so she knew my likes and dislikes, which was great. And, the dress I loved and sent to her was the one I said yes to! Even though I think we all knew, we still tried on about 12 more dresses. Alyssa was so helpful and honest with her opinions and really made me feel beautiful and special. Even with the covid restrictions she made us comfortable I can't wait to go back for my bridesmaid dresses and have her help us again, it was a fun experience overall Definitely check this place out if you need dresses and ask for Alyssa!

I was definitely bummed that I had to have my magical "wedding gown shopping" experience during the pandemic, but I have to admit I barely noticed at Alexandra's! Everyone (including myself and my guests) wore masks and it was super easy to maneuver around others and social distance. The staff was thorough, sanitizing everything, and making sure it did not interfere with the overall experience, but still felt incredibly safe.
In terms of the actual experience, if you want a massive selection of gowns and the royal experience, look no further! Alexandra's Boutique made me feel like the most important customer of the day and my stylist (Riley Flowers) was AMAZING!!! She reached out to me before my appointment to get a sense of my style, and their website even allows you to put gowns they have on a digital wish list to send them to your stylist so you can set up some things you want to try on before you even get there. Previous shops I went to asked me what I wanted, but didn't actually read what I wrote until I arrived. Riley was excellent and went above and beyond. She even pulled a wild card dress for me to try based on what she thought I would like and it ended up being the gown I chose! The dresses and staff are wonderful, and I would highly recommend for a perfect bridal shopping experience that makes you feel special and helps you walk away with your perfect dress. I went to 3 other places before this one and none of them had the selection or expertise I experienced at Alexandra's. The prices are on the higher side and photos are not allowed, but it is a designer boutique so that's pretty much expected.
If you have a chance to book an appointment with Riley Flowers you will not regret it - she was phenomenal and made the day tons of fun!response / report this review -

We had a spectacular experience at Alexandra’s Boutique! With the newly remodeled store only open about a week, my daughters and I found ourselves in a perfect environment to prom dress shop. Our consultant Abigail was great, we found the “dress” and Rihanna checked us out with a smile and lovely conversation. Couldn’t be happier!

Whitney made my experience so awesome! She was so attentive to what I liked and didn’t like. I can’t thank her enough for helping me find the perfect dress. The quality and selection of dresses were awesome. I would recommend her and the place to anyone! I can’t wait to get bridesmaid dresses!

Noelle was my bridal consultant angel at Alexandra's Boutique! I was searching for a very specific wedding look (which wasn't as easy to achieve as I originally thought). Luckily, Alexandra's Boutique has the biggest selection of dresses around the New England area which was great since the look I was going for is not the current trend. Noelle is amazing because she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding dress!! Noelle really saw my vision, and helped me achieve the exact look that I had in my head. Noelle was literally the best - so nice and helpful and happy! As an added perk it was wonderful cheering some champagne at the end with my mom as I said Yes to the Dress =)

I went in with my small group and Christina took care of us. She was so wonderful! She was very patient with me and my guests, made the experience fun, and had my back when I needed some reassurance! This was such a great time, I truly felt like a BRIDE :) :) Highly recommend this shop. so much assortment and wonderful staff

I️ highly recommend you request Anthony if your shopping for a wedding dress! He is everything good ~ attentive,friendly,helpful,courteous, fun, creative, pleasant,happy,respectful,patientand most of all he has great taste in design ! ~ Anthony gave my daughter many choices and made this experience very enjoyable for us all! ~ Thank you so much Alexandra’s! ~ Kudo’s to the designer who was on site and made it even more special to know she is the only bride with this dress.1st time viewing, And to that she said yes to the dress ! My experience with not only my bridal consultant, Caroline, but the whole Alexandra's staff was amazing. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Caroline was great to work with and allowed myself and my party to be ourselves and took all of the opinions and made it work. Not only did I say "yes to the dress" but my mom said "yes to the dress" as well as my bridesmaids! It was an unbelievable day to say the least. The staff even accommodated us when we stayed past closing time to make sure that my bridesmaids found the right dress. I would recommend Alexandra's and Caroline to anyone.

Great selection of dresses, attentive service and a beautiful store! Carol was wonderful - I had contacted the store with specific styles I was interested in prior to coming and she had them all pulled and ready to go when I got there. She made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any pressure to buy throughout my appointment which is a relief when you aren't exactly sure what you want - her biggest concern was making sure I found something I loved. Carol helped me narrow down the selection and in the end, I found the dress I couldn't walk away from! I would recommend Alexandra's to anyone in their search for the perfect dress given the quality, service and wide selection. Thank you, Carol!

I went into this experience having no idea what to expect. I was SO nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a dress I truly loved. Caroline at Alexandra's Boutique was beyond amazing, not only was she one of the nicest people in the world but she was so knowledgeable and ended up finding me the perfect dress! Such an amazing day and I will highly recommend Alexandra's especially if you get the chance to work with Caroline!!

Noelle was my consultant and she was amazing from start to finish! She listened to everything I had to say and picked me out the most amazing dress! She was great to me and everyone that accompanied me. Once I found my dress, I informed her what color I was thinking for bridesmaids dresses, she came back with the exact color dress and type of dress that I was thinking of. Noelle is great and I am so lucky that I had the opportunity of working with her!

Caroline is the best! It's my second time seeing her, she helped me to pick out my Bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding last year and she just helped me pick out my wedding dress last weekend! To anyone looking to go dress shopping, you should go to Caroline! She is personable, energetic, motivated, kind and passionate about what she does! You walk in and know that she cares about you and what you want. A big thank you to Caroline and all of the staff at Alexandra's Bridal for making my dress shopping experience wonderful!

Every step of the process with Alexandra's has gone flawlessly so far. Caroline was my consultant and she was AMAZING She looked at the pictures I showed her and really listened to me when I described what I was looking for. She picked gowns that complimented my style and my body and gave me the freedom to try on a couple others I saw that caught my eye. All the dresses she showed me were within my budget and some under. She was respectful, kind, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I wound up with my dream dress in one afternoon! I strongly recommend Alexandra's and Caroline.

I came to Alexandra's Bridal looking for a wedding gown after a few unsuccessful attempts at other bridal salons. Having a bit of anxiety and knowing the perfectionist in me, I was unsure if I was going to be able to find my dream gown. My stylist Taylor was nothing short of amazing! She was patient with me and even stayed late to make sure I was able to retry on a few dresses. In addition, she really helped me see clearly and envision what I will look like on my wedding day. I highly recommend Alexandra's Bridal Boutique and Taylor as a stylist. I could not have had a better experience!

I am very happy with the service at Alexandra's Boutique! Taylor was my consultant and she was very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even my two best friends loved her, and wished they had her help with their dresses. She made my experience relaxing and fun. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed at all like I thought I would. Taylor picked out so many lovely dresses for me to try. She understood exactly what I was looking for. I ended up choosing the third dress out of five and I couldn't be happier!

As the mother of TWO brides who are getting married next summer I was so pleased with the selection of gowns for the Brides, Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride/Groom. For my youngest daughter Nicole, Rosanna went above and beyond when she fitted Nicole and her wedding party. She was professional and never lost her sense of humor. When we returned for my second daughter Michelle, we brought all eight bridesmaids! Clarice Sousa helped us to wrap up the first wedding by having Nicole try on her gown and me trying on the MOB dress for her wedding, then she transitioned seamlessly into helping me pick out my 2nd MOB dress. She was professional yet her humor kept us in high spirits as by wedding #2 it can get a little stressful. We had other young ladies help us also and I wish I had been able to get each and every name! I took a handful of business cards so I can tell all my patients at work to shop there when they start asking about places to purchase wedding gowns! Thanks for all your help ladies!
