Typical BS grocery store. Staring at a red flashy light, hour and a half after I’m unloaded. For $222 to get unloaded , you’d think they would work a little faster. Going on 4 hours total.

I have to say after reading the reviews of this place I was really apprehensive about coming in here. In at 6:57 PM in dock 7:19 PM and out the gate at 8:11PM Full load of mixed beverages. Get to go home!! Wish everyone could have a good unloading experience.

Unloading took forever then they call that my paperwork is ready to come in once my light turns green. So I do what is expected of me for the girl to call me a liar stating she didn't call me that my trailer was not unloaded while she shook a bill that wasn't even mine at me. I tried to tell her it's not my bills but she told me to just go sit in the bull pen and wait until they call me. I played her voicemail outloud so she could get the picture.only then did she say anything but blame me for not telling her it wasn't my bill of lading. I don't ever want to return there again. Piss poor receivers.

My boyfriend had a 5am delivery here this morning. Nice and curteous staff. Quickly received a dock and was worked on immediately. No hassles or hold ups! In and out by 7:30am.

Very limited overnight parking. Bring a meal or a good book you will have time to enjoy both. People were nice to me but I can see how they would not be after dealing with drivers waiting for 5 to 6 hrs. Can't we all just get along.

Went there on a Friday. Had an appointment for 0730. Showed up at 0700 to have time to go thru the gate and check in. Didn't get into a bay until 1000. Didn't get unloaded until noon and didn't get out of there until 1700. Missed my reload and had to spend the weekend in a hotel as a result. The people in the receiving office are no help at all. Excuses after excuses or just no response. They stole my load locks on top of it all. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The absolute worst place in the industry. Oh, and only two bathroom stalls for the entire place. Avoid all loads going to Kroger.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Piss poor management and a real lack of productivity, must be union..that would explain the lack of productivity. I have been here since 09:00am it is now 1730 and still not unloaded..sad. my mother could unload a truck faster and she is 72 old! Do not come here if you don't want to sit your whole clock out. Kroger sucks!!!

Talk about union, I mean talk about slow. 1700 "appt", came in at 16:40. Get to window along with 12 other drivers noone there, waited at the window till 1820. Door assignment and sat there till 2145. Guess it could've been worse 🤤😕Positive note, they have some overnight parking

I opened my doors at 5pm backed into the spot I was given. around 6:15 -6:30pm I'm empty. Tell me why it's after 10pm now and I still don't have paperwork. I went inside to check AGAIN for about the fourth time. All I get is."uhh well they haven't finished scanning your paperwork and they all just went on break". Seriously? 4 hours to scan paperwork? Wth are they doing back there?
