  Not sure why, but there were non-on shift employees (young men) "hanging out" sitting behind counter and with the working ones-weird! Vehicle worked on and not pulled around front-had to hunt it down and even wait for their truck to move so it could be driven out. Scratches reported that we 're found to be on the driver lower door shown to employee who said they didnt do it, despite not present prior to service. Refused to make report nor offer to do one. My mother was very upset her car was damaged. Hitch works and only reason for 3 stars, which was purpose of service.

  Was supposed to get a hitch on my 2008 Pilot! Ordered it on the phone through a uhaul representative she told me it was the last one they had and had it sent for me. I showed up the day before my appointment to have it installed dropped it off and even paid for it ahead of time. They called me back the day it was to be installed said that a new guy double scheduled me. When that's not even what happened. Rescheduled me for that Saturday. They then called me a second time and said the lady that ordered the parts for me over the phone never placed my order. That's a lie I had confirmation through my email when the woman ordered the parts. So then they tell me that they ordered the parts for a next day delivery and would call me back to schedule my appointment. That phone call has still never came. Never seen or heard of a place doing such piss poor business. Had my credit card refunded. Will never deal with Uhaul of Lima again.

  Weird sizes, hidden fees, not upfront with you. Go elsewhere for storage, sadly, the only real game in town for rental trucks.

  Lied called and got a price brought my stuff unit I priced not available talked me into a diff unit went to get in its got a lock on it 3 one still smaller and priced even higher to late to find a diff one month goes by paying by phone yep even higher price ask why she told me a late fee. I told her I'm not late she looks oh it's a 24 hour access fee told her know one told me about that. Too bad very crooked beware thieves bad company.

  Had wiring issues on our truck/Rv on a Sunday. A tech was able to help us figure out the issue and get us a temporary fix until we could home (3 hrs away). Friendly and helpful.

  I was in town from north Carolina to haul a camper home and was running out of ideas and options fast, the truck I brought didn't have a hitch and it was a Saturday and I couldn't find one anywhere! I called to see if these guys could help me out and asked if I could come by and have them look at the truck I was driving, they said sure bring it by. When I got there they were busy providing excellent customer service to several others in front of me but when it was my turn the focus was all on me, Garth and Timothy saved the day and installed a hitch onto the truck I was driving and to make a long story short they truly saved the day!! Because of them I was able to haul my camper home 600 miles to north Carolina without any worries or hassles! Thank you gentlemen for allowing me to come into the garage and watch the install and explaining exactly how the hitch worked and taking time to chat with me, you guys don't realize how much stress you took off of me that day with your excellent customer service and patience while explaining how the whole thing worked! You two are shining examples of how to treat a customer and both deserve a raise! Good job uhaul and please do what it takes to keep these two guys around, they are truly worth it!!!
