I feel this store is too small to really be effective for a bigger grocery shopping trip, but it's okay for a few quick things. They'd get an extra star if they added self-checkout registers.

The location is great, but honestly this store is so small that the aisles are much smaller and dimly lit. They do not have self checkout. I love the employees, who are always very nice. Good for a basic grocery run. I hope they build a new one somewhere close.

I used the clicklist service, and i have been in the store. This is the usual good service you can expect from Kroger. Good produce, and all the items are in stock.

Kroger for me is convenient. Small store, limited selection of goods. Major drawback is that the store is not able to collect shopping carts efficiently. My new car was hit by an errant cart today Oct.7. Today it was quite windy and carts are rolling all over. When I complained to management, the answer was we don't have enough personnel. That's laughable. There are enough personnel to do personal shopping but not enough to collect errant carts. Am I missing something. Does Kroger know how much it costs to repair dents on a vehicle?

Easy and close parking, overall small footprint store with all that you need in groceries, makes it fast to shop with reasonably fast checkout lanes.

I like kroger very much.. but for this location.. there are no self check out machines.. and the people who r working on the cashiers are suuuuuuper slow.. it takes forever with them every time i go.. eventually, i ended it up by driving 15 minutes more to the other location or to mijer although this one is just 1 minute away from my house..

Good is constantly restocked so I know it is fresh. Clean isles, good prices. Love the fresh sushi chef and his food.

Usually responsive to customers length of wait at checkout. Much more expensive than Walmart or Meijer but those stores are not close.

I came here for their financial services. The day that I got there I was told that they wouldn't be able to do any transactions with me or cash my check because they want to have enough money in the drawers to cash the employees checks that day. For the employees I'm sure it's great but as for me being a consumer I was not too impressed.

A handful of the employees seem nice, but this tiny store is obviously poorly managed. Items are frequently out of stock or expired. I dare you to try their "Customer Service" desk!
The other day I bought some flour, I was trying to make it a quick trip. When I came home, I realized it had a giant store sticker on it, saying it cannot be resold, since it was once purchased, brought home, then returned by another shopper. (My wife ended up getting a refund with no trouble, but still) Shame on me for not noticing! I guess I took it for granted that the store would not actually put something like that back on the shelf for sale.
Also, at point-of-sale, they try to make it so you must use your bank card as a debit card (with PIN) instead of using it as "credit". Why? What about points/rewards?
This Kroger is 3 minutes drive from my house. For sake of convenience, I do shop here, but I know just taking a short extra drive somewhere else is definitely a miles- above better experience.
