KPM was great to work with. Our basement where we operate our business flooded due to a broken pipe. I called KPM and they had someone there within a few hours. It was a Sunday and we had just had torrential rains a few days before so they were slammed with flooding basements and still had a team there to help us out.They pumped the water out and had everything ready for our contractor to come in less than a week.
The guys were friendly and very pleasant to work with. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.response / report this review -

KPM I believe was hired by Albany Management because of a fire in my apartment building late February 2021, there was substantial smoke and water damage, smoke damage to my apartment. I saw KPM workers at the building a few weeks after the fire working very hard, then everything seemed to slow down to a crawl, this being a traumatic situation for all who where effected by the fire where hoping for a quick return to our lives. Not the case with KPM, I've been given every excuse to why after almost 2 months the building is still in terrible condition. It's outrageous my apartment and items are not clean, doors haven't been replaced, sheet rock not done, my apartment had a brand new carpet installed before the rooms where painted, the new carpet like the entire building now sticks of smoke. I keep hearing 2 more weeks 2 more weeks, I want my dam apartment I rented back,, the apartment that's close to my elderly mom and job I need my personal property cleaned . I was told more then once they are actively working on the property to but failed to see anyone at my building on 4 separate occasions. No one from KPM Monday the 11th or Tuesday the 12th at the building, I asked a individual who works at that location if they had seen KPM at all, his reply was No. I feel like I've been lied to. Worst experience of my life and I see no end in sight.

Property damage is a stressful and scary event. While I hope I never have to interact with them again, Jeremy and the crew from KPM helped provide peace of mind and much needed candor after our house fire. Jeremy was responsive, patient with questions, and took the time to explain every detail and nuance of the process. Rah and the crew that came to our home were friendly and professional. I would recommend KPM to friends and family should they ever experience the same situation.

Dan Murphy and the team at KPM are the absolute best! Extremely competent and hard working, they sprung into action and completed a huge job requiring a variety of skills over a very short period of time. They are the kind of professionals who get things done and get them done right. I cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you, Dan and team KPM!
