Worked with Tim Lawrence and he gave me an awesome deal on the truck I purchased, partnered with a much more than fair trade in price for my old truck. Only complaint I have was that they left the wrong truck outside for me to pick up after hours. But they have rectified the situation by giving me a rental until I can pick up the correct truck. I realize mistakes are made, (we’re all human), and won’t let it make an otherwise great experience a bad one. Thanks Kool!

We just purchased a new Car from, Kool Chevrolet, Scott Harms our salesman. Without hesitation I recommend Scott Harms, he is honest, very knowledgeable. He will save you money and his after the sale help is the very best .

I traded in my 2014 Suburban in excellent shape and got an excellent price for the trade, I also bought a used 2014 Impala from Billy in used car sales. Billy and his manager put together a great deal and even fixed some minor repairs on the car's trim without me having to ask. That is what I call service! If your looking for a great used car or to trade something in that is in excellent shape go and see these guys. You will get a Kool deal. ask for Billy he will treat you with honesty and respect.

Sam Zbikowski was terrific!! He listened to what features and color combinations we wanted in a vehicle, found one at another dealership, and had it brought in for us. He was extremely informative through the entire process, and delivered on every promise made. I would HIGHLY recommend Sam if you are looking to purchase a new Chevrolet!

Great service & friendly Service Staff. Was greeted right away by Service staff members in service bay! Also was impressed when the Service Manager, Jason, not only took time over the phone to listen about my car issues & thoroughly explain things, but also made sure when I came in a few minutes later to drop my car off, to greet me & reassure me they would find the problem. I was also impressed how quickly it was done. Thanks Kool Chevrolet Service for making my day!

My husband and I bought a 2018 Equinox from Kool Chevrolet. We love our vehicle and had the most Pleasant, Caring, Kind, an Amazing car Salesman. My husband and I are in our 50's and not very knowledgeable with new vehicles and computers. He took the time too show us everything in the vehicle from front to back. He updated my mobile to On Star, which I was clueless with that. He also gave us a lot of good advice on this vehicle. Just want to say, everyone at Kool Chevrolet was very friendly and showed they really cared about us. I do recommend this dealership to everyone. Our experience was 100% satisfactory!

We purchased our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country from Kool Chevrolet July 2015. It was an okay experience and we had good customer service. Since purchasing the van, we have had a few mechanical issues, which is probably to be expected. We paid for the additional warranty that we were told would cover anything engine related. We found out later that it didn't. In fact, it doesn't cover anything. So basically we were "snowed" on $2,000 at time of purchase. The service repair shop was very helpful with the 1st repair we needed. However, our service for the 2nd engine related issue was not satisfactory! The service representative was very rude and inconsiderate. There was no attempt to take care of us. No loaner car, no offers, just an overpriced repair is all we got. When we declined to pay the amount for the repair, the rep seemed to be aggravated with our decision. It was at that time we were told we owed them for the diagnostic testing. Which we believed would be covered because we purchased from them.
UPDATE: After voicing my concern with Kool Chevrolet, they did an amazing job making it right! I was explained that the warranty we were sold in 2015 was NO LONGER sold there! The management removed this warranty 2 years ago right after we had purchased from them. The management was very understanding and reimbursed me for the warranty! They also followed up with the service representative and reassured me this was taken care of.
Thanks Kool Chevrolet for taking the time with our experience and making things right! Not many businesses do that these days!response / report this review -

My wife and I met with Scott Harms and he was able to put us in the right vehicle. He was very patient and definitely answered out questions. He was more than the usual car salesman I have dealt with and was able to helps completely through the process of leasing a car for the first time. Very thorough.

Just bough a 2011 Chevy 1500 about 2 weeks ago!
It's been great so far. Keith Remelts helped me out throughout the whole process and he made it super quick and easy!
Will recommend anyone to go here and will be buying from them again!
Edit: After a year of having my truck, it was time for me to trade in and get something with better gas mileage. This time around John Savino over at the Used Cars section helped me out. He was great to work with and was great throughout the whole process of getting my 2016 Impala LT Limited.

We had a great car buying experience at Kool Chevrolet! Timmy took good care of us. We drove from 2 hours away and he and the team stayed a little after closing to help us with our transaction. We were able to drive home that afternoon with a great car. I highly recommend them, especially if you're buying from a distance.

Coming away from a very poor car buying experience with the older vehicle that we currently owned; we were a little hesitant about even dealing with another car dealership.
While doing a little window shopping, we made a couple hard inquiries on a couple different vehicles and the salesman from Kool Chevrolet pointed out the aspects of how good a deal one model was. The salesman wasn't pushy, trying to force a sale; instead, he was honest, smart, a little funny and answered any questions we had. We couldn't pass up the deal.
On to the Financial Manager in the office. He did a great job of informing us of what our warranty covered. He also inquired about the bad taste in our mouths from the last vehicle sale and was very sympathetic. He did an outstanding job of getting us through the paperwork very quickly and assured us that our experience with Kool Chevrolet would be much different than our past experience. So far, I have been very impressed.
