When I solicited the heating and a/c customer service person named Joshall I received was his attitude and obvious irratation when asked about an obsolete part. No additional effort was made to assist, as this would require him to unprop his feet from the desk. Completely ridiculous lack of support.
My experience at Thomasville was the exact opposite!

I have had the privilege of being assisted by the courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful staff at the counter for about three decades. I am by no means anything other than a mechanic who has done homeowner projects. Were it not for the staff at Fager's, I would surely have never tackled half the projects I have. They always have the quality products, tools, and supplies I have needed to do the job, and do the job properly. I give the R.F. Fager company my highest, glowing recommendation.
