Long time Coach addict, first time at the Fashion mall keystone at the crossing. The employees working on the evening I visited were the best! Not only did they help me narrow down a mother's day gift, they cleaned my bag while I was there! Of course, I have the coach cleaner and conditioner, but the fact that I received superior customer care just further strengthens my loyalty to the brand for details such as these.
