I was at this location today and was having a terrible time in the jeans dept. I found a service clerk named Lisa and she spent close to 15 minutes with me and I was able to find a pair of designer jeans to my liking. KUDOS to this woman as I was getting frustrated quick..

Don't usually shop here but returns and exchanges are so easy. Good clearance selection and the cashier or customer service people always give you a nice little extra.

Beautiful store. Quiet and clean. Very helpful staff. Twice, associates stopped to ask us if we needed help (We did) and were actually able to help! We had an exchange (5 items for 5 items!) and three folks assisted in the process. And great prices!

Staff is not helpful. They make you order out of stock items on a kiosk that they know barely works. They told me to use their store phone to place an order myself! On the call order they ask for your credit card info which is next to their help desk in front of a line of people. What are they insane! Anyone can copy the info of your credit card! How about one of the employees placing the order for u so u can swipe your card!

My daughter purchased a beautiful watch for me Kohl's online for Christmas. I was sick for many weeks after Christmas, it took me a long time to get to the store to have my watch sized. The Jewelry Dept person had gone home sick. Totally understand after what I had been through! However; the makeup lady, Mary, was able to multi-task! She was extremely helpful and kind. She sized my watch perfectly!!
