Our stay at 310 was enjoyable from start to finish. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler and towels.) You need to supply suntan lotion!
The condo has an adequate supply of towels and bed linens The kitchen is well equipped. All in all the condo is very comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.
Our visit was scheduled just as Irma arrived. Donna (the owner ) was very accommodating and flexible in fitting us in to some open time slots so we could make the trip. Much appreciated.

Reasonable price- nice being across the street from beautiful public beach. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Wish there were washer/dryer in unit. Coin laundry malfunctioned on three occasions with two different machines which resulted in hanging dripping wet clothes everywhere but other than that it was great.

Great place with a really nice pool and plenty old amenities. Very friendly and helpful management. We locked ourselves out the first night there and the manager came out after 10 pm to get us back in. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a fabulous experience staying here. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The property was maintained, pool was lovely, condo was clean, well stocked with all the necessities needed to vacation like you were in your own home. To top all of that; all you needed to do was to walk across the street to the most beautiful beach, Siesta Key Beach, most restaurants were within walking distances or you could ride a freeTrolley which arrived every 20-30 minutes. A perfect place to stay.

With children this is the best location for going to the beach everyday! Also walking distance to the Village. A102 is very updated and modern!

We stayed in Unit 102 in June 2015, and loved it so much we returned last week (July 2016). What sets it apart from some of the other units is the updated decor, and another bonus of this whole complex is its location to Siesta Beach. When you visit Florida, you want to be surrounded by that ocean/beach vibe, and this unit has that feel. It had all the amenities we needed, was very clean and well-stocked, and so comfy to be in. You literally are just across the street from the best section of Siesta Beach, so you don't have to drive and look for parking. You grab your stuff and walk over. They've remodeled Siesta Beach's welcoming area, and you have great restrooms, changing areas, a restaurant, and many other features, including some beach shopping. The people who manage the condos are so helpful and friendly. The pool is beautiful and not crowded, since many folks are on the beach. We had two excellent experiences here and will return! The only thing to note is that there is not an in-condo washer/dryer, so you need quarters to access the paid machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Still, there's a convenient elevator to get you there in two seconds. Oh, and reasonable rates for all that you get! This place just can't be beat! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic location! Found this jewel on a Google search. Just steps from the beach and Gulf. Stayed in unit 102. Looked like it was recently updated with beautiful finishing; cool wood-tile flooring, granite kitchen and bath, stainless appliances and comfortable beds, decor was nice. The staff (Lucy and Andrea) were very helpful with our reservation and check in. They even recommended some local places for dinner, etc. The Key has free pedicabs and taxis to get around of you don't have a ride, very convenient, we used them a couple of nights into the Village when we didn't want to drive. Found it was a very reasonable rate for the location and amenities. We loved it so much we booked again for next year.
