They don't understand customer service. They have a line 40 people deep with a 15 to 20 min wait, and 3 people back in returns - not busy and won't allow you to make purchases back there. Keep your inventory!

I love Kohl because of kohl's cash!! If you have a big family Kohl's is the perfect place for you you can spend like $50 and then I gave you Kohl's cash so I take my cold cash and just go in and buy more great stuff!!

Love the store bit needs anove head signs to show the different depts. to find things easier. Lines get long almost everytime I'm in there at the checkout.

Kohl's is one of favorite last minute places to shop. I always get a great price on home needs like towels and wash cloths. Additionally, I love the home decor. The best feature is Kohl's cash. I used to throw these away before I realized it was "free shopping money." Unlike other stores when you earn cash you must spend more money just to use the cash, if you have $20 in Kohls cash - then you have $20 to spend in the store. You do not have to spend $40 more dollars just to use the $20. Kohl's cash rocks! Also, they have a great Vera Wang and Donna B section. The brand craft and Barrow is nice as well.
