Pros-Standard Garden inn. Service was nice. Bed was comfortable and noise wasn't bad. You pay for the breakfast, but it's not bad for the price. Cons- bathroom was smaller than normal, building layout is strange, location was also slightly confusing to get to. There isn't really parking to check in and the best entrance is in the back. It would be helpful if you could enter through the back to check in but I understand it would be a security concern.

First time at this location for the holidays. First the fireplace is an added touch! Beautiful property. The Front Desk Manager is very warm and understanding, shared he’s from California like myself and it went from there. Great asset to the team overall! The bartender is warm as as well, made one heck of a drink! Disappointed with the breakfast not being complimentary, but the Front Desk Manager Charles offered it as a one time gesture which I greatly appreciated! Haven’t received my Hilton survey so I decided to come here to express! Happy Holidays! Clean property by the way A plus!

The entrance, ballroom, and bar were extremely clean and furnished well. The staff was kind and helpful. Since we did not stay in a room, I can only attest to these things.

Don't plan any events here. Here for a conference and not impressed. One bathroom for 60+ people, no beverage/coffee available and audio/room temperature leads a lot to be desired. Facility may look pretty, but it stops there. Parking in the back of facility, but not even courteous enough to have an open door.

I stay at this Hilton Garden Inn for business a few nights every month. The staff goes above and beyond in every way. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, just as you would expect from a Hilton property. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a overnight stay in the area.

I had a king bed room on the third floor. The room was quiet, clean and modern with a mini fridge and a microwave. Lots of channels to choose from including 2 HBO channels. The staff were very friendly. Perfect for my needs

Rooms were beautiful, people friendly, pool and hot tub, workout room, full breakfast buffet (not free). Bar. Only issue was paying $15 a piece for a margarita in a pint size glass. $72 for 4 margaritas 1 beer and a glass of riesling. They were excellent but bar tab was over half the cost of the room

Used to be great place but not any more Used to stay here every time I come to Winston. The staff are not welcoming or friendly any more. They seem either exhausted or not thrilled seeing a guest.

Typical sized hotel room tucked away near the Hanes Mall. Lots of places to eat nearby. Indoor pool was nice. Clean rooms.

The location is easy to find although its a small maze to get in and out. The lobby was clean and organized and typical wonderful service upon check in. Our room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was good and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend staying here for any type of stay, long or short.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, and had one of the best cooked hgi breakfasts I've had. Loved the option of hash browns instead of the regular breakfast potatoes.

Very pleasant stay. Before i booked i was a little concerned about the mall location as I thought it might be noisy/ in a busy area. But it is tucked away in a quiet corner adjacent to woods. New hotel in a Clean, quiet, safe, good accessible location with nice rooms and common areas. The pool was a decent size and there is a hot tub.
