Stay away from this place security are idiots, think they are real police officers. They actually carry guns. Capstone unloading service is no better, check your receipt. May not match what you actually paid, especially cash. Unbelievable long unloading times. Been there off and on for thirty plus years. Absolutely the worst in the industry. They deserve exactly no stars. Ashamed to admit that they are my neighbors.

I had a 1pallet and it takes me to take it off 6hrs what lazy ass Capstone unloaders and they charge me $104.00 for unloading fee smhw they are shity

There is enough parking spots but you can’t be there before 4 AM.
Between 5.30 to 6.00 o’clock a guy will come and let everybody know the Directions.
One More thing I want to let you guys know that sometimes they take too long to get the paperwork done.response / report this review -

The people are nice but it's by appointment only and there's no overnight parking allowed. - 3 stars b/c they receive from 06:00 to 13:00 only. After making your delivery, you are not allowed on the property. While there's plenty of pull up room, the space from door to door is very tight. As for unloading timeI was able to squeeze in an 8/2 split

Entrance and insurance personnel (due to an incident from their yard-dog truck/trailer) were very professional. Partial load was quickly removed from my refrig trailer.

Another day another$ 🎲 no overnight parking. same process as many others no complain, 4something that we know better is how it is, pay the lumper in advance go to your door and wait. 😴♠♥♦♣

No concern for your second stop. Reefer unit was warming up, 2 hours into being docked, and all I got in reply was, 'they ain't turned nutn in'. Magically, after making a stink the paperwork showed up 5 minutes later. Just keep an eye on your reefer unit and let them know you've already contacted claims to set a precedent if you do have a second stop.
On departure, I needed to run some macros regarding my signed received paperwork, so I pulled back into a half empty staging area, and within 5-10 minutes was chased off by security. Don't plan on spending any time post offload.
Extra star for at least moving on the paperwork once I prodded.
Side note just for the lulz: nerdy rentacops take themselves a bit too seriously. I like to ask names when I speak to people, I know, it's a dying habit but, instead of a name got back, a rank/last name. 😂

Ive been to alot of bad places. This one ranks in near the top of my dont ever return list. No respect for truckers. Plan of staying here all day.

They unload semi trucks fairly quick just make sure tp to be on time lots of space to back up into docks

Have to check in at first guard shack, pay lumper fee and get door number. Then have to check in at another guard before proceeding to your door. After you back into door and disconnect from trailer you have to go check in at the receiving office. Hope they guess your lumper fee correctly or you'll have to go back and pay extra like we did. Such a long unnecessary process. Unloading seemed pretty quick, but waiting for paperwork our paperwork was a joke.
