Merchandise is overpriced to begin with. If you catch it on sale, the prices are more reasonable. When we got to the checkout, the clerk was busy on her cell phone and we had to wait a few seconds for her to finish or text before she started ringing us up. She was hot and heavy on pushing their credit card even after telling them no a few times. Come on Kohl's once asked then drop it

Exceptional customer service! I had ordered a pair of shoes, available only online. I had to exchange them for a larger size and the customer service rep in store and on the phone were amazing and did everything they could to make my purchase right. I was frustrated when I went in, as time was a factor with my purchase, but they both went above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction and above. Kohl's has really stepped up over the last several years and this experience left me feeling great about my relationship with this company and because of these two exceptional customer service agents I will be a lifelong customer. Two thumbs up!

Disappointed. Really has gone down hill in just a year. Clothes not organized. Clearance racks make no since and if not for the sales way over priced like Macy's was.

Their prices are RIDICULOUS for the type of merchandise. They have a lot of racks with sales advertised, but all they do is increase the retail price to the absolute highest & try to trick u into thinking the sale price is actually a deal when its what the item should have cost in the 1st place.
