Unfortunately this is NOT a dine-in option. The website may give you a non-dine-in theatre. There were no trays to carry the food from the concessions or MacGuffins. Half of the concession stand drinks were oit of soda. The food took too long to cook making me miss the previews. Not mention the $$$ very expensive prices.

To management, please please do a refresh of training on cleanliness and customer service for your staff. This is a beautiful movie theater, one of our favorites but the people working the concession stand and bar are so rude! I had a young lady take my card without saying hello, thank you, or even a smile. This is not acceptable. Customer service in Columbus is generally amazing, so please get it together! The dine-in theaters need to be cleaned thoroughly.

Outside of that, it's centrally located, gorgeous building, comfortable seats with recliners. I love the dine-in theater option. The prices are higher but you're paying a premium for the convenience of being served food and drinks while watching a movie. This is definitely a must try in Columbus. I hope management hires more polite people and/or train existing employees on how to treat customers. Take a few notes from Marcus Crosswoods :-)

Our seats looked a bit beat up (see picture). We couldn't lean back at all because there is glass in front of you cutting off the picture otherwise. Only way to have a full picture was to sit all upright and stretch your neck to be able to see above that glass wall. The dine in sounded really nice - until we realized we'd have to eat in complete darkness. That works with popcorn or nachos - but not a normal meal. If we come back we won't do the dine in again for sure.

If I could put a negative star I would. Purchased the dine in theater which was more money. Seats were torn up and had food all over them. Pricing of food and drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back or recommend this theater to anybody. Marcus theaters will always be better then AMC Theaters. Better pricing better staff and better seats. Very disappointed.

This place has upped their game recently. Newer seating and just nicer in general than it used to be. They've also introduced a rewards program.

Nice seating, good quality movie, wide variety of food options for dine in seating, however it took forever. Even for drinks. Burger was okay, fries were ice cold, I asked for ketchup and it never came. Thought it would be nice to get dinner at the theatre and see the movie at the same time vs. Going to another restaurant beforehand. Next time we will go out to eat first. Meal was almost $60 not including tip for 2 burgers (cold fries came with) a beer, a very small cocktail and a fountain drink. Go for the movie, but go somewhere else for the food.

I was in town for my first visit to Columbus. My weekend was great, but marred by poor service at this theater.

My sister decided to take me to a movie since I had not been to a theater in over 10 years. We were excited to see the movie and spend time together.

Although the theater itself was well kept, the seating was wonderful and the movie itself was well presented, our initial enounter left a poor impression of the theater overall.

We met some friends and quickly got our tickets with time to spare. Since this theater had a bar, we decided to get some drinks for the movie. We ordered 5 simple drinks. Having been a bartender, I knew that these drinks should have taken approximately 5 minutes (or less) to make. 30 minutes later we received our drinks. Because of this poor service we were finally able to enter the theater at 10:50 for a 10:30 viewing. Unacceptable!

Some may try to defend the bartender for whatever reason. The reason for the poor service was his inability to focus on his job. He spent most of the time in conversation with a group of his friends. The reason we knew they were acquaintances of his is because of the conversation. We heard it all. Even when we tried to get his attention, he couldn't be bothered with us. Once he served our drinks, there was no apology nor explanation for the delay.

If you want to enjoy a movie in comfort, this is the place. If you expect to have a drink, order it on Thursday afternoon for your Saturday night movie.

Ive been coming here for years but really need someone to tell me why I should ever come back. Had a pretty lousy experience this evening at a showing of Spider-Man: Homecoming. The showing was a 2D print but it is pretty clear to me that it was shown on a 3D projector because the image was dark and slightly blurry for the duration of the film. Sound problems, as well. (A further clue was the big cardboard recycling station for 3D glasses right at the door.) This was my second time seeing the film so I know what it was supposed to look like. Movie tickets are too expensive to have to put up with such a sub-standard experience at one of the highest-end malls in the state. There is a Marcus cinema close to my house that never disappoints so I think I'll stay in the neighborhood going forward.

It is a great theater! They are re-investing money into it which is great to see! The new Dolby cinemas are amazing! Just went this weekend to check them out! (Food is really good too! ) Keep it up! We love coming there!

I tried for almost 3 hours to purchase tickets to a show. Every time I tried it had error codes pop up. I tried my phone, tablet, computer and using the app and still the error code:fraud. My card was charged 6 TIMES and then refunded because of this stupid error! I never got the tickets. I tried to call it just told me to tall back another time and hung up. No option to wait for some, nothing! With reserved seating now you have to order online in order to get tickets at all. I try to do that and it never works! WORST ASSISTANCE EVER!!!! Next time, answer the phone and actually HELP PEOPLE having trouble with their online seats. I even went directly through AMC and not a third party in order to avoid complications. LEARN TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! Thanks for making this a horrible experience. I will tell everyone I know about the crappy help and to avoid it at all costs. Thanks a lot!

I did not enjoy my dine-in experience at all. This review is from someone who did not participate in the dining experience. I did not like the ambient noise of silverware clinking on plates, people ordering, staff bringing food.. it was more intrusive to the cinema experience than I was expecting. On top of that there was a family in the theater whose kids were bored by the film (which was a film not really suitable for kids imo) and they were playing and making noise constantly and staff never did anything about it. I plan to never return to this theater again even at matinee prices.

We ordered tickets ahead of time with other friends bur when we got there, our seats were taken by people that had the same seats. Their tickets were for the day before. Our food that we ordered got to us out of the order and was cold by the time we got to eat it and by then it didn't matter. We had already missed 30 minutes of the movie. So instead of letting the people that were in our seats enjoy the rest of the movie, they kicked them out. Now although these people made the mistake of coming on the wrong day, someone had to let them in for them to get those seats. Now there are a whole bunch of people ticked off. The manager was gracious about it but the damage was already done. We won't be back there or any other AMC theatre. The most terrible experience I've had in a long time.
The people in our seats should have been flagged before they even made it to the seats. Poor computer programming allowed this. Poor website planning also allowed us to buy tickets that did not let us know that we would have to buy and carry our meals to our seats instead of having our food ordered and brought to us at our seats. Poor ordering procedures kept people from getting their food in a timely manner and in the time frame it was ordered. A whole lot of mistakes were made which made this experience one large FAIL.

I attended this theater twice in the last week, I have never been here before. The first experience brought me to Sticky tables, sticky menus, and a spill on the seat. Food was amazing however it took us 40 minutes to get our drinks. I understand cooking takes a while with a lot of people. But drinks shouldn't take that long. We were never visited again until the bill was brought out. Checked six different bottles of ketchup all empty. Not much of an apology and $5.50 for a glass of pop it's high.

The second experience was a little better tables were clean menus we're still very sticky. Food again was amazing came up quick as well as drinks. Thought maybe it was a fluke until the bill came I was overcharged. Told the server I was overcharged and wanted it fixed. She said ° I will fix it before I run your card". Me being stupid trusted her. She brought the black book back charge me for exactly what was on the first ticket and never came back again for me to let her know it still needed fixed. I then took the black book into the hallway and ask for a manager where I got a very poor apology and felt I was wrong for taking the book out of the theater. What else was I to do nobody came back. Probably will not eat if I ever go back to this movie theater. Just because the service, the food was amazing both times.

If I could give negative stars I would. They're way over priced in food at the concession stand. Spent $52 just on two chicken tender meals, two (individual) cheese pizzas, and two medium drinks. The best part about it was my medium drink. If I wanted gas station food; I would've went to a gas sation to pay a fraction of that $52. This is certainly not the kind of service that needs to be open. People don't want to spend a fourtune on bullshit. I make good money every day that I'm at work, but AMC Easton food is a JOKE and should NEVER be priced that high for poor quality.
