Good department store. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection of products at retail prices. Good sales, though. Like any other Kohls store, though, almost every area of clothing is always blown up like a Black Friday crowd just destroyed it, so finding the right size and style can be very difficult.

I usually only go to Kohl's when they have a sale online. The "pick up in store" is nice if you can wait for a good sale

When Kohl's has what I want, at a reasonable price (usually on clearance), then it's great. However, many of their clothes are overpriced and it can be very difficult to find what you're looking for. Their saving grace is 'Kohl's cash' - if I have to buy something there, at least I get a coupon I might be able to use the next time. I try to avoid shopping here though, since the prices are typically higher than some of the other clothing stores in the area.

Walked in with no reciept on a faulty product. The item was replaced immediately with no discussion. They stand behind their products, in this case clothing.

Had $90 in Kohls cash. I understand there is an expiration date, but I hadn't been able to get in to use it (apprently YESTERDAY was the last day they would honor it). They absolutely refused to honor it. I get it, there's an expiration date. But once again it was $90 what happened to valuing your customers? Especially ones that recently spent $475 in your store?? Was honoring it a day late really worth losing a high paying customer? I'm closing my account and won't be back there again!!!

Prices seam higher than they used to. Cashier bragged about saving me $14 when the price was $5 higher than walmart(which didn't have my size) for same brand and cut/fit. Store is well laid out and things seam to be put back properly.

Their price matching policy needs to get to the 21st century. I spent over 2.5 hours between both locations, printing off the competitors ad & trying to get them to match the competitors everyday lower priced item. After calling the Westside location & then going there, I was still told I wasn't able to, but I told them I was instructed to print off the price from the brick & mortar stores website then they would price match it. they finally did.
