I went to this Kohl’s yesterday and it was an absolute mess. Tried to find shoes and there are boxes and shoes everywhere. I couldn’t even find a matching shoe! All of there clothes are on the wrong size hangers. I got home and found that one of my cardigans is actually a small instead of an XL. When I went to the dressing rooms there was no room to put anything since there was piles of clothes in the room. It looked like nobody had cleaned them for the whole day! It was the worst Kohl’s I have ever been in. I will NOT be going back to this location!

I wasn't feeling well and stopped in for several needed items of clothing for my son. Carrie, the online order specialist was on the floor because of shortages of staff that were working the registers. I asked her for assistance. She was "on it". Very helpful, scanning items to show me the net cost. Taking me to the department area's that I needed to go. What a doll! She's a keeper;)

It seems like the quality of the clothing choices has gone down from an 8 to a 5 unfortunately because I love the convenience it is to my home and how friendly everyone is in the store.

I just went in to buy some towels and wash clothes. There was plenty to choose from. Lines were really long. I guess because of holiday sales but thankfully another cashier appeared so there was four. The line moved quickly after that. They have such great coupons which is why I like shopping there.

While the prices are always inexpensive, most of the clothing is put back with no thought. However I did notice that there were multiple employees going through clothing and trying to straighten up the clothes. But I imagine that it is difficult when customers are the one putting things they don't want anymore, where they happen to be, not where the item belongs. I also had terrific checkout service. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful with making sure I got through fast and on to the next customer.

Store was very messy and disorganized. I usually go to the Khols on Williams Girls & Val Vista, it is a much nicer store. However, the best Khols is in Queen Creek, off Rittenhouse & Sossamon!

I never can find any thing that I like. In clothes. I also have a hard time finding sizes of tennis shoes. I did find things that I needed in housewares. The young lady at the counter was very nice.

The store is absolutely a mess! I get it, they are rezoning every department, but there is no excuse. Don't shop here if you want to find what you are looking for.

Whenever I need assistance one of the staff is always nearby and ready to help. If I have multiple coupons/offers the cashiers take the time to help me figure out how to get the best deal. Always fall in love with at least one pair of shoes here, too!
