Awesome experience here today!!! We had to make a few returns from a recent house warming party my mum had so no receipts and the customer service was great they really got everything done quickly. I would have done 5 stars but I’m a regular at this location and I do wish that shirts were folded more often throughout the day and / or hung in the correct areas. What prompted me to write this review was our cashier Debra I think was her name. She was so happy and eager to make e understand how the Kohl’s cash I earned worked and how coupons worked here. It was all just really top notch customer service. I get bad because the bag I had brought in to carry my returns in she tried to scan even though it wasn’t from Kohl’s. I was a bit snappy so I’m sorry lady! Thanks for hiring people with excellent customer service skills.

I love to go shopping at Kohl's, especially when they have the sales that put their clearance items on sale. Kohl's is very easy to see and get to. It is located on River Hwy and is close to the I-77 on ramp.

Very rude customer service and attitude of the whole store. It was like they hated we were even there to shop. Would not recommend. Also, the clothes were much more over priced then other retail stores.

After driving to Mooresville and spending an hour picking out summer clothes for my son we stood in line for 15 min. A new cashier came up and asked for the next person in line. We walked up only to have her argue the fact that we were in line! She was rude and she looked up and down at me and my little boy like we were trash! It didn't seem right to give them my money after that. The manager didn't seem to take the complaint very seriously after speaking to her. Kohls will not se my business again!

These winners at Kohl's forgot to give me back my license when they checked it for a purchase and then proceeded to cut it up 2 days later even when I called 1 day after the purchase when i realized I didn't have it. Didn't even bother to compensate me other than offer coupons for 10% o
off future purchases. A duplicate license cost $10 and now I have to drive out of state to a wedding with a cut up taped together license. Awesome. Definitely wont be coming back and ill be telling everyone i can about this. This was NOT my fault at all.response / report this review -

Clean store but very overpriced on everything. You have to have a 30% off coupon to even shop here, although I'm sure prices are inflated to offset the coupons given out. Plenty of clothes and HomeGoods though, and staff are very kind except for one woman a couple years back

I went to exchange some sheets I had purchased that were the wrong size and was given the run around. I was told to exchange them for the exact amount of the sheets, however you cant find anything in the store for the exact down to the penny amount. Then I found the same sheets in the right size. They then told me they couldn't exchange them because they were a different price now. So basically you cant exchange anything there. The manager was extremely rude!!! I called the kohls in kannapolis they exchanged them no problem. Will not shop at the kohls in mooresville anymore!!
