In my opinion, the best Kohl's store anywhere in the Pittsburgh/Southwestern PA region. Always well organized, clean, nice easy-to-navigate layout, merchandise is well-presented, displays maintained in an orderly and organized fashion (in other words, they are quick to clean up after customers who make a mess of displays/merchandise!) Cashiers and management always a pleasure to deal with, excellent customer service! If you ever have any type of issue, it's obvious that they will go to whatever lengths they are able to make things right, and that's the hallmark of great customer service! I rarely am compelled to write reviews, but the number of exceptional experiences I have had at this store caused me to research a way to leave them some type of praise! Can't think of a single negative aspect to report regarding this particular store! Fantastic shopping experience!!!

Nice variety though the service isn't very good. The workers don't come when the call button is pressed and after 15 minutes I have up.

Admittedly, it was Black Friday, but the cashier pretty much didn't even communicate with me at all. My husband and I were juggling our toddler son out of the store and so even after I wasn't distracted because they'd left ahead of me, she never asked for my rewards information, coupons or anything. Luckily, I had my coupons ready, but I didn't get my rewards points because I was too distracted to remember on my own and a simple nudge of her asking if I had a rewards card (like they're supposed to) would have spurred me to provide it.

I love this store for jewelry, shoes, clothes even my vacuum. They have really good sales. It's whole store is clean (even the bathroom) employees are nice.

Clean found what I was looking for easily. Most things on sale. The music was a little annoying. Just country music on repeat for hours.

Kohl's department store very visible from the main road Route 22 and parking was easy and free customer service was great they have plenty of things always on sale, fantastic time.
