Shopping on the Friday before Christmas is never easy but at Kohl's in Hamburg was. The employees at the service desk doing exchanges, returns, etc. were amazingly fast and efficient, not to mention cheerful. It was so much easier than I expected. The store itself was of course full of customers yet each department I visited was orderly and well stocked. Check out lanes moved swiftly and my cashier was all smiles. A shopping trip that I was dreading turned out to be completely hassle free.

Retail pricing. Nothing really on sale unless you include buy one get one 1/2 off. Staff are a little chatty, and a little too comfortable socializing near customers

I just discovered this place. Been 3 days in a row. More than just clothing. Helpful staff. I like the Tek gear line of clothing. I'd never heard of it, now I own several pieces for work and exercise. Great selection of clothing, for any lifestyle.. active, casual, semi formal.
