Stil a great selection and prices, but quality seems to be going downhill in theast several years.

You know. Most kohl's stores are a giant mess and the departments are so smashed together you can't tell babies from woman! That being said, Lake Zurich tries relax hard for their customer. Even when we make not have whatever stupid coupon tree they've killed lately, if you are pleasant, nice and just all around HUMAN THESE LOVELY people are trying to help YOU save money too. We all gotta eat. Don't treat a guy who flips burgers or sells womens clothes like you're better than them. Kudos Lake Zurich KOHLS I salute you.

Good selection of clothing and household items. It would be easier if pricing was realistic instead of "sales" all the time. If you are using a walker or wheelchair it can be very difficult to move between the racks.

Exchanged an unopened small size fitbit that i received as a gift. I HAD THE RECEIPT. The box showed i needed a larger band. A great salesperson named Jennifer helped me , got the exchange processed , and my fitbit charge 2 acct set up.

Kohl's as a business is overpriced, but their clearance rack can't be beat. Only come when you've got a 30% off coupon, otherwise you're spending wayyyyy too much. Price are awful for anything but clothes too. But it's a clean place, usually nice staff. But they seldom have as many registers open as they should.

This atore is clean and decently organized. The only detractor was how pushy the cashier was about getting me to open a Kohls card. I understand it may be policy to ask once or twice but it took me almost 5 minutes after she scanned my items to get through the line because she kept insisting.
