Newer, bigger location across the hallway from the previous one. Airy, blond, and swarmed with workers.
Most employees don't care about helping customers who are waiting for assistance. When they were finally able to help out my daughter, "Mickey" wasn't very helpful. It must've been his/her first week there because he/she didn't know much about the products. At the end of our purchase he/she handed out the change without counting the money nor telling me how much my change was. After I checked my e-mail for my online recipient I realized that he/she didn't give me all my change back, turns out he/she kept $15! Be careful when getting back your change, (especially if you get an employee named Mickey), and if you like waiting 15+ minutes for assistance this is the right store for you!
Last week I visited this store it was busy , but no one that I ask for a questions help me, everyone said just make a signal of please wait, I was traying to ask about buying the IPad Pro , finally after tired of waiting for somebody I could ask one sales person my questions and his answer was buying online and you can go online too if you have questions, what kind of service is this, I'm 64 years old trying to learn the technology.
I bought already the product online and today I will call and I will try to make an appointment hope I got someone to help me. But this store is so bad customer service .
Worst products worst customer service ever. Have me waste my time sending me for a run around bc of their garbage products. phone brand new under warranty and I’m being punished bc its malfunctioning running around like a idiot making appointments waiting in line wasting my precious time. Apple has gone way down. Zero value for their customers! zero responsibility for their garbage products! Can’t wait till they get sued some more!
Genius tells my son that his phone is fine on multiple occasions and after ridiculous wait times. The phone does not work. Genius is the most laughable title I have ever heard.
Been here 3 times and every time staff is quick and friendly. Even on busy days their chaos seems to be organized. Great job.
Time and time again this Apple Store location has proven to go above and beyond in their customer service. The AT&T store in the mall refused to help activate a replacement phone and attempted to charge $5.50 for a SIM card (?!?). Apple gave us the SIM card (no charge) and when the AT&T rep on the phone was unable to activate our SIM card, Kevin stayed after the store closed to help us. He called AT&T using his credentials and was able to get the phone activated within minutes. Definitely 5 stars!!
I had a great experience with the staff last night. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me because he was wonderful. My phone had to be wiped which sucked, but was no fault of the staff. The staff was very kind and attentive and made certain that I didn't leave the store until I had a functioning phone (I was there a little past closing time).
Called online apple support about returning a gift, UNOPPENED BOX. They spoke to NBC's Apple Store manager. He said to the associate on the phone it would be fine.
Apple must have had a regime change from Afternoon and the employees there this evening were a PILL HARD TO SWALLOW.
Rude and careless with my pristine packaged gift. Where upon its return to me the employee PLAYED DRUMS ON THE TABLE WITH MY PACKAGE RUNING. THUS DAMAGING THE BOX.
Northbrookcourt needs a dose of humanity.
not sure why they don't ever answer the phone .. I live far away and like to inquire about the wait times but I have to speak to someone "helping out with calls" off-site.. every time. frustrating
Management powerless to make a wrong situation right. Manager spent a fair amount of my time spewing to me why i should think Apple service is so great even when they weren't able to solve my issue with any degree of satisfaction. Giving a speech of self-promotion during a customer issue is a bad strategy.
While looking up contact information for Apple Corporate I couldn't miss the irony of their corporate address being 1 "Infinite Loop" because that is a perfect description of the communication between Apple Support and this Apple store-an infinite loop of passing the buck and not taking ownership to solve a customer problem.
My husband and I were out this way today . The service at this store is excellent and top notch . They helped me with an issue in my MacBook Pro . We loved it !
