Busy, aisles were packed with merchandise which made it difficult to maneuver through the store. They do have a good check-out system.

I like this store. They have a nice selection of things. I was looking for a particular color tie so I dipped in to see what they had. They are little pricey sometimes. I didn't find what I needed so I didn't make any purchases that day.

typical department store. sales all the time. good prices when on sale. wouldn't by anything there not on sale because then it's overpriced

Excellent customer service. I had 2 heavy boxes of dishes to exchange and was unable to get them out of my trunk alone. Within two minutes an employee had come out to my car to help get them inside.

I will never shop at kohl’s again. I ordered a $20 Pittsburgh penguins phone case online that in the description says it’s for IPhone 7. I received the item and first of all, the package that the phone is in is ripped and not in gift giving condition. Second of all, it ended up being for an IPhone 7plus. That’s not what it says in the description online. Third of all, I used kohls cash to purchase it and would loose all of those rewards if I did a return unless I exchange for another phone case or order on their kiosk wait til I get the new item and then do a return. Ok, great, right? Wrong. First, I live in Illinois. There is no Pittsburgh penguins merchandise. Second, their kiosk doesn’t work. So I either have to pay for shipping twice or be out $10 and one less Christmas gift for my husband. I used to rave about kohl’s, but after this, I will NEVER shop here again.

Love going to this specific kohls because it's more cleaner than the others around and the people there are so friendly and welcoming it feels like you belong there. Highly recommend.

Constantly a terrible mess, lines are horrific because management won't schedule enough people. Not the cashier's fault. Store is just poorly run.

I asked for help from probably 3 different employees and none of them could help me. In all fairness my question was a little unusual (I was describing an item without knowing what it was called) but I still think it shouldn't have taken so long for them to tell me that they didn't know

Felt I needed a new hoodie so I stopped by. Nice place and friendly service up until I paid.. I didn't catch her name but a woman with shorter hair wearing a lot of jewelry opened a register to help.. but I feel she was having a bad day. I paid with a Benjamin (because I need to break it anyway) and she made a snobby comment. "Wow that's a lot" she said. It continued from there she seemed pushy to get me out of there Other than her great place and I will return

This place has awesome variety of things So if you are in a hurry and are looking to buy anything from kitchen utensils to clothing you will find it here.. they are a bit pricey though but is worth it The employees are nice and gave me a great customer service..
