Staff was very helpful. I was there solely to return my Amazon purchases and staff pointed me to the direction without me asking any questions!!! Very well trained!!! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Parking here is the worst no matter what time of the year. The inside of the store is ok. It is not the worst Khols I have seen, but it could use more attention to detail. The lines always look long, but they go by really fast.

It's a pretty ok Kohl's. There always seems to be people shopping here and the selection is pretty good. Make sure you stack coupons cause without them the prices are not great.

For the very firs time, I went to Kohl's on Jeffery in Irvine to return an Amazon package. After waiting for a while, finally it was my turn. I told the staff, an Asian young woman, that I wanted to do "Amazon Return". She looked at me and said: "I only handle pick-up. You have to wait in the other line to return." I emphased "Amazon" return again but she still pointed to Kohl's line. But I had seen her handling other customers' Amazon returns when there were two stacks of Amazon boxes piled up on the floor next to her. She might be overworked. But lying right on my face when I saw everything was just too unbelievable. She wanted me to go back to wait in the Kohl's long line to drop off Amazon return?

Fortunately, I saw another customer who was earlier in line ahead of me, and asked if he dropped off his Amazon package there and he confirmed yes. So I found the supervisor at the cashier stand, she said that was the right place to "drop off Amazon package", and was going to call Katty right away. When I went back to ask Kattey why she didn't let me drop off Amazon package earlier, she said it was just a "miscommunication". But it was not a miscommunication of any sort because the very first thing I said to her was "Amazon Return". What kind of "miscommunication" could that be? It wasted me a lot of time and energy running around when it should have never ever happened.

I will never go back to that store again, and will just go to UPS for Amazon drop off since they are professional in shipping anyway. I have also submitted a complaint to Amazon about Kohl's on Jeffery, as they really can't represent Amazon's high standard customer service at all. If they can't handle more workload from Amazon, don't handle it. If they want to handle Amazon's returns, then do it up to Amazon's high standards (when they actually can't even work up to the basic standards), that has caused tremendous inconvenient to Amazon customers.

Kohl's phone Customer Service is now compared to the DMV. They are rude and mean and don't care if they lose customers. His exact words were you lose 1 you gain 5. It's been a month & a half since I've been waiting for the credit to go back into my acct because they shipped my kids back to school shoes to another state. I spent $586 in store & received $80 Kohl's cash. I placed an online order and paid with my Kohl's cash and an extra $20 from my bank. I was told I would receive an $80 gift cert & credit the $20 back to my bank. It's almost been 2 months & nothing.

I loved this place because you can get many clothes and sometimes with a discount of a coupon.

I've been a customer here for 13 years regardless of their lucrative pricing models and fake MSRPs (see latest ongoing lawsuit between them and JCP)-everything was fine until today. I had a $20 kohl's cash that expired 2 days ago- now I know what you are thinking- yes it's my fault. But it's a whole other thing when I called in ahead of time to see if I can still use it if it is two days expired. "Yes come on in - it's no problem" they said- Only to find out what a waste of my bloody time at the cash register

I always hear about people finding great deals here but they hasn't been my experience. Sometimes you can find some good deals but usually during Black Friday.

Decent Kohl's with a good selection. Not as large as some, but a good size

This is a much better Kohl's than some of the others. Perhaps it is because it is larger, but the customer service area is better, the restrooms are cleaner and they have wheelchairs for those who need them.
They also have better selection in most items.

It will suffice for your shopping needs. Kohl's is super cheap, so it is easy to shop here. However, my complaints are in regard to the lack of care and concern for organization here. I found on dozens of racks that the labels were wrong. I spent a few minutes attempting to fix it when I realized that I don't work there. When I informed the three cashiers and the store manager that were at the register during my checkout they did not appear compelled to do anything about it.
