This is always a very lovely place. It's flooded with families that come to cheer the Angels. This particular night was awesome. The Angels were losing and on the last inning they came from behind and ended up as winners. They stadium was roaring.
The parking here is HORRENDOUS if you are Handicapped!!!
I've gotten "into it" almost Every time I went there Last Season, until I Started Recording them!
There were Wide Open Spots near the Front Row of parking, but NO! NOT UNLESS YOU PAID PREMIUM!!! Brought this to their attention Several Times, that it was ILLEGAL TO DENY HANDICAPPED ACCESS.
OLD MEN IN PARKING LOT WOULD RATHER PLAY BIG SHOTS THAN SIMPLY ALLOW YOU TO PARK!!!!! Give them a parking Vest, a Whistle, and a little power, And THEY THINK THEY ARE GOD!
I drove by them one time, when they were going to make me park BEHIND the first roadway .. Only to Have Old Guys on Scooters with Whistles, trailing behind me Screaming at me like I Just Committed a Felony!! I pulled out my phone to record while I Advised them of ADA HADICAPPED PARKING RULES, and they FINALLY took a Chill Pill.
They tried it ANOTHER TIME, when I came, Had my Phone Out Ready to Record they saw the phone, THAN Graciously "Allowed" me to pass.
If You are Handicapped, AND have a Parking Placard, Posted On your Rear View Mirror and Flashers On STILL HAVE YOUR CAMERA READY AS THESE MAKE BELIEVE PSEUDO COPS ONLY UNDERSTAND .Film At 11 !!!!
While I love the Dodgers and Chavez Ravine, Angel's stadium is much more family friendly. Good food and great parking (so much easier than Dodgers stadium to get out at the end of the game). And you have to love the rally monkey.
What can I say,? If you like baseball, you don't have to be an Angel fan to appreciate this stadium. I took my entire family here and we had a blast watching the pros do their stuff.
Take some cash as they have many types of food vendors that walk up and down the stands.
If you have never saw a live game, The Angel Stadium is a great first time experience location.
Great place for families, easy to get in and out of. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close to lots of hotels. They allow you tailgating. Lots of food and drink options inside. Just a great place to watch the game!
This is a lovely ballpark with great views no matter where you sit. The ushers are incredibly friendly and always willing to chat it up. There is a fabulous view of the mountains just beyond right field. There is a fair amount of eateries within walking distance, and of course, the best pretzels are inside the park. If you're lucky enough to see an Angels' home run, you'll see some great fireworks!
First time at Angel Stadium and I had a blast. All of the staff was friendly, even security at the front. It's always hard finding a seat in a big stadium but the staff pointed me in the right direction. Price was average like at any big venue. Was not expecting $3 beers, it was your average $9. Angels did not win, but still had a great time here. Better than the Dodger stadium for sure.
Great family place.
Wide variety of food and very kid friendly meñus. Family restrooms are available. And if you have kids like me you can also bring strollers!! They will hold them for you at guest relations trough out the game. "First game" certificate are also available for free at guest relations!
We are Angel season-ticket holders and I'm very happy with Angel Stadium. Yes, it is old. In fact it is one of the four oldest parks in all of baseball. But they've done a great job of keeping it up-to-date and it's always very clean and safe in a positive environment. Every year the food gets a little better but I do tend to prefer to bring my own.
Lots of fun! Getting tickets was quick and easy. A little problem getting through the gate but it was more so because we had a problem with our Phoenix and the tickets were on it. Workers were all very friendly! Kids loved it!
Clean stadium. Parking across from transit center is 10 dollars cheaper and only an added 5 minute walk. Definitely worth it. Can usually find pretty cheap deals on seats if you look around. Always a fun night out at the ball park
Well I don't know where to start but this was our first time going to the Angel's Stadium with the family. Had a great time there I really did not know it would be this much fun. All the staff here was really nice and very helpful on finding our seats here.
As far as the food goes WOW really good. had chips and a hot dog with a few beers and a cold water. As you can see in the pictures that I took, we where like right on the field very close and I want to shoot out to one of our customers who made it all possible for me and my family to come here tonight Allied Refrigeration " Mark " Thank you so much I always and never forget you my friend.
This place is really great baseball fans and thank you for having us at your stadium, hope to see you guys soon,
Harry Irvine
Lots of food to choose from for every taste. The stadium is kept pretty clean and you can always find someone that works there if you need help. Would have given it 5 stars but they didnt have the kids games up on my last visit and I spent an hour trying to find them. The helmet nachos where amazing.
Love this stadium!
Super easy to access in and out. Easy to find my seat.. all of them offer good views. They just added some better food options.
