Just came in for an Amazon return. Took way too long because the scanners they used we're misbehaving. Saved me some money tho and Amazon processed the return within an hour. Won't be shopping there. Not really designed for men, imho.

My overall shopping experience was pretty good. The only thing that I feel they can improve on is having more than two registers open at a time. The line was very long.

KOHL's Is Open Until 10:00 p.m. MALL Is Empty After 9:00 p.m. Laid Out Like Most KOHL's Stores. Smaller Selection. Men's Department Had 2 Mirrors On The Wall Side Of Posts. Whose Idea Was That.??? No Floor People To Answer Questions Anywhere. 2 Cashiers, 1 Back Room Guy & A "Floater" Girl Unseen Until I Left.
None Of The AD SALES From My KOHL's App Were Even Available In The Store. By Far The Worst KOHL's Store In My Long Experience Of Shopping At KOHL's. Sorry, It's TRUE. You Get A One Star Rating For Being Close But, STEIMART Is Only Half A Mile Away with More To Offer In Less Space.

The shoe selection is terrible. The majority of the work shoes end up looking like clown shoes and fall apart after a few months. I have also had tennis shoes get holes in them after 4 weeks.
The remaining clothes choices are pretty good though.

Customer service does not fully satisfy customers. If your issue is taking longer that 20 mins, you become less of a priority to them

This is definitely your average Kohls store. The inside is kept neat and clean and the employees are mostly helpful. I really dislike going into a store and the items are not stocked and you can't find what you need. This store is not like that. Overall four stars.
