Nice showroom, knowledgeable staff and the best deal around. We had their guys install the BBQ in our existing island and they did a quick and decent job. But scheduling the appointments was hectic sometimes.. They requested to change the date several times.

This place was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I bought a big green egg from them and everything went perfect and easy. They offered to help me put it together but I told them I didn't need help I broke the top. It was going to cost me about 300 dollars to replace. I was crushed. I called them to see if there was anything I could do. They told me they would contact the company directly, the next day they shipped me a new top for just cost! Saved me over 200 dollars! They are the best, kind and friendly.

Searched high and low for our new BBQ. Ended up at the BBQ Grill Outlet. A bit out of our way, it was well worth the trip. Great selection coupled with great service, we left with not just a built in BBQ grill, but a Primo charcoal grill, too! Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered a lot of items through them. After I received them I noticed one item is wrong. first they said they will exchange and charge me 20% restocking fee since it was thier own fault. After I told them why should I pay for that they refused to return it.
The guy who was the owner were so rude and aggressive.

Gary is by far the most fair and transparent person I've dealt with. Also Zach is great. We did a backyard remodel purchased all through Gary. In addition got all our supplies for inside fireplaces. Great selection of fireballs, glass and logs. Best prices and great service. Customer for life

I love my island and Firemagic appliances. I was so pleased with the experience of working with the team. I met with Bob Hahn on a very busy Holiday weekend when he was the only one in the store. He managed to keep me and several other customers satisfied. Bob and I discussed my layout, measurements and ideas. Within 24 hours I had detailed drawings, which easily passed my architecture review committee! From there the entire team were wonderful. Eileen, despite a rain, delay was on top of the project and keeping me informed of progress. The installers were excellent and even reviewed each appliance and the instructions. I can't say enough about the staff at The BBQ Grill Outlet. From the start this Company was very easy to work with. That ease continued through all of the design phase and then on through the whole installation. I don't thing I've ever worked with a nicer group of people. The installation team was extremely polite and you can tell that they really enjoy the work they perform. I'm still working on my backyard but I have to say that this island is the crown jewel of it all and we are really enjoying it. We look forward to many wonderful times in our yard and owe much of that to The BBQ Grill Outlet!! Thank you all so much!!
