the worst service I experienced in a store, I did not find in an hour that I was the one who would help me when I'm going to pay them talking to each other

I can’t get enough of this store and this location. Easy parking. Nice clean store. Clean bathrooms. Amazing selection and quality. Many, many designers to choose from. Beautiful jewelry/accessories. I’m in love with the Vera Wang collection. A great place to take visitors who are looking for really nice, posh clothes. Love ❤️ ❤️❤️Lauren Conrad, JLo, Vera Wang & Britney Spears. Awesome makeup counter. Really great store for coupons, sales, discounts. Really good customer service. No hassle returns. Large clean fitting rooms.

I'm not sure on where to start.

I came here today with my boyfriend and my mother in law to do some shopping for a wedding event tomorrow. We both needed to buy clothes and we figured to come here, assuming that it would be a easy experience. Boy were we wrong. We browsed around and finally stumbled to the men department. We needed to buy a suit for the wedding but no one was around to help. We needed help to bring down a few coats and other items that needed a kohl employee to help us. I'm not over reacting, we were at the same spot for almost an hour trying to decide on outfits and not even one person passes by to check on that department. After the hour passed, an employee passes by, seen us struggling and ran passed us without giving us a chance to ask for help. We ended up getting the bar to pick up the clothes and doing it ourselves. Once we were done with him, we needed to find something appropriate for me. We had to transition to the women department and once again same issue. I seen a dress that I was really interested in and wanted to take it out of the doll and the same lady that ran away from us ended up helping me. She obviously didn't seem like she wanted to help us, so I didn't feel like bothering her anymore. No one was around any department to help. Even checking out was horrible. I'm not sure if it has to do with the area but it was a horrible experience. I wonder how much they lose a day by not being on top of their departments. From a former retail manager, they need to be alert about their areas and customers. I thought that a big store like that would have more coverage all around.

The women's department has nice clothing, but the junior department has a pretty atrocious selection, both in patterns and styles. It can be extremely busy around the holidays or the start of school, but the employees do a decent job trying to keep things in order. Good prices if you go during sales and use a Kohls reward card.

I LOVE Kohls and have been a member for years! Would love to give it 5 stars but too many times here I've run into terrible cranky cashiers. Today was no exception! Beverley in the Men's cashier was awful! Laughed as the customer in front of me walked away and then sighed and said "oh God" not even under her breath! Took us, was very short and rude. We were having issues with our rewards and said there was nothing she could do about it and when I said that I wanted to use it, she said it a very annoyed manner both in tone and posture the she'd have to void and start again. I said ok let's do that, that really seemed to annoy her with the signs, grunting, and eye rolls. So after she voided I took up my clothes and headed to customer service which she insisted was a waste of time. However that wasn't. Margaret in customer service was lovely! Helped us through our issues and got us out of there in no time, which was essential because as I told Beverley and Margaret, I had to get to work. Love it here and customer service but cashiers need work!

This store is nicely organized, and is a pretty nice size. However, it's nearly impossible to find help if I need it. I find myself walking all around the store in search of an employee; and this is any time I have shopped here.
I continue to come here twice a year during season changes for excellent deals on pants and on shorts.
Be forewarned though: the checkout process is almost always an aggravating experience. Never more than two cashiers, many times just one and they are painfully slow in moving customers along. Offending friendly customer service and being chatty are two very different things - and that chattiness I see every time I shop is where the aggravation comes in. The purchase of one pair of pants or one blouse doesn't take 5+ minutes. Even with the attempt to push the Kohl's credit card.
A recommendation if you're shopping with more than one person, have someone go take a place in line when you know you will be ready to check out shortly.
