  I had a great experience at this location. The Sales Manager, Darrin was outstanding and was able to assist me with the issue I had. The Service Advisor Russ Reim-Pennington was also excellent and professional. The attention they provided me exceeded my expectations and I would recommend any Harley Davidson customer to visit this location! They are top notch!

  Went in to compare the New 2018 Fatboy to my 2017 and was approached by Thomas, he was very patient and knowledgeable. His manager Shane came over and showed me some options if i traded mi bike. These guys where great, never felt pushed to buying. Would recommend them highly !!

  I've purchased 5 Harley's from Orlando Harley since 2014, the first four were great experiences which prompted me to buy my fifth Harley from them, Sales and Billy in custom accessories were great ( service Dept dropped the ball on this bike ) I've tried to communicate with their management team with not a single response at all to my last email. So now I will have to pay another dealership to correct the issues with my bike. My issues are nothing severe, just need a little attention, i hate to post this type of review. I've always referred buyers to Orlando's Dealership, but my friends have seen what I've gone through and were shocked how my bike was treated threw the service dept, especially since I've spent a large sum of money customizing my 2017 Road King Special. My last four Harley's would have gotten perfect five star reviews.

  Just purchased my second motorcycle from Orlando Harley Davidson historic location and wanted to say thanks to everyone that helped in my purchase. Including..Billy, Shane, Steven, Diamond and especially Walker (my fitment specialist). Who, during the sale went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place and also was superb in his follow-up with me on several occasions. I look forward to many more years of riding and a relationship with all of them at Orlando Harley Davidson. if you're visiting the historic location make sure to ask for Walker when you go in and he will make sure you look at the correct bike for you. I appreciate all of everyone's help and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

  I bought my first Harley here. After which i told the salesman that i wished that they sold cars. The amount of work that they did to get me approved and on a bike was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They even let me bring my dog into the shop one time when I came in to buy parts. Truly a customer first experience.

  The people at Orlando Harley are OUTSTANDING at the service they provide. We had a GREAT experience buying our motorcycle. Shane Skelly went above and beyond for us. I recommend him to everyone that is interested in buying a motorcycle. We will never go anywhere else or buy from anyone else. My daughter is counting the days till she buys her bike from Shane and Orlando Harley.

  One of the Best Harley Davidson I have been to. Very clean and friendly staff. Employee Shane Skelly especially was very helpful. He answered all my questions I had about purchasing a motorcycle, super knowledgeable and easy person to talk to. I would definitely come back again for any future purchases and recommend this Harley Davidson store location.
