I have been using this company for years and have experienced great service until recently. The last 2 times, I've had to wait for a shuttle pickup for over 40 mins. The Parking Spot and Wally's came and went twice. I called twice and then the third time I called the operator. It's suffice to say that I will be looking for a new parking service because this has been a huge inconvenience lately.

My experience here lately has become more and more distasteful. From the lengthy pick up times when arrive at MCO to no shuttles being available to drop off from the parking lot. I have had to take Uber on 3 different occasions because no vans were available. Sad to say I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. Too frustrating.

Parked our car without incident. Fast pick up. Driver picked up scooter and all of out bags. He was fantastic.

It's a bit pricey for economy parking and the bus takes a while so allow 20 minutes. There's usually space and you can get in with an EZ pass.

Signs are not up to date. According to the signs, directing passengers where to go for specific rental car companies, we were sent back & forth three different times bc the signs were not updated with the changes. Its not a short walk either! We were not happy! Please update your signs/designated area's.

If I could select no stars I would! Park Bark and Fly stinks! NEVER have we experienced one smooth experience with them. As we wait, we see many other company's vans several times before we get ONE Park Bark and Fly van. Always wait about 30 minutes or more just to get back to our vehicle! Def need improvementor more vans running at one time! The last thing you want to do after traveling is wait 30 minutes just to get to your car! I'd suggest using another airport parking!

They went above and beyond what I would've expected (see the bottom of this comment). We used them to park there from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve. When we arrived on Christmas Eve it was about 5 AM and they were very organized even though they were expecting a large number a vehicles. They had people directing us where to park and there was a shuttle waiting for us immediately. When we returned the shuttle came and picked us up and took us exactly to where our car was. This is when I found that they had gone above and beyond. In our crazy rush that morning to catch our flight, I carelessly forgot to close my front drivers-side window. They could have just ignored that and let the weather, critters, bug, etc, take over our car while we were away. Instead they completely covered and sealed the window with a thick plastic bag to protect it. I was very mad at myself for having left the window open, but I was very pleased that they didn't let my stupid mistake ruin my return trip home. Thank you!!
