Kohls has some good merchandise, but tends to be pricey and they changed the way they do Kohls Cash. Now it expires quickly so you have to return to the store in a couple weeks and can't save it up.

One nice and polite cashier and a rude salesperson/manager? She was very passive aggressive at closing time even though we were in line prior to closing. There was a sale and my friend got the wrong shirt for the sale. The polite cashier insisted it wasn't a problem to quickly grab a different shirt even though my friend was fine with not bothering. On the way to the shirts the other salesperson made passive aggressive comments to my friend about it being closing time. The polite cashier backed up my friend saying it was fine. She still continued to make rude comments to my friend. She was terrible and should be fired. Unfortunately didn't get her name. The polite cashier should be given a raise/promotion for her professionalism. I'm sure she wanted to go home just as bad as the other gal but unlike her coworker she chose to behave like a grown up. I wish i knew her name to pass on to management.

Went clothes shopping for and many racks were very unorganized from customers not returning things to where they belong. Other than that great place.

I love shopping at Kohl's. My wife and I enjoy the convenience and the competitive pricing. With that said, we avoid the Goshen, IN Kohl's like we would avoid the Black Plague. We have given this store many opportunities, but it never fails to disappoint. Everything, and I mean everything is organized chaos at best. I was in the store, shopping for a very last minute dress for my daughter and noticed another customer complaining about how difficult it was to find a pair of khaki's because he could walk through the aisles because of all of the clothing items on the ground. During the complaint to the employee, the employee told the customer that he was being ridiculous and that maybe he should shop somewhere else. I was appalled by the level of service this gentleman was receiving. In all honesty, his complaint was very valid. We will literally drive 1 hour round trip out of the way to go to the Mishawaka or South Bend store. I beg that this store gets their act together before it's too late and is forced to close their doors.

I can never find anything in this store. Very disorganized sale racks and few employees to help. You're better off going to another kohl's or ordering online.

Well I went to Kohl's looking for employment and was shocked to hear that the Store Manager tell me after the interview "Well I will speak with the supervisor of that department and if he feels "comfortable" we will give you a call back. Now that's a strange statement to give someone in at the end of an interview and highly unprofessional. I use to work at Kohl's a few years back and loved my job only to leave for a change of pace. and as a black man hearing that a manager has to be comfortable to meet with me is sad and insulting.
