Always professional and courteous. They did a more thorough diabetes examination than my previous provider.
Also were very good at explaining what my insurance would pay for and let me decide if I wanted extras and the cost to me. Sadly, with insurance change, I will have to move on next year.

Wonderful! They have always been on time and have great people working in all areas. My sons went with me and even when one of them had trouble with the eye drops they were wonderful!

Took my then four year old son to have his eyes checked due to headaches. They were amazing with him. Very patient and extremely good with younger children. We were there for about an hour. Had his glasses within two weeks.

All of the employees and Dr. are very nice and personable. My problem is that I felt their glasses were extremely overpriced.

Very nice people and very considerate, but I have had my glasses about 3 months and they have broke 2 times already. The first time the nose piece fell out while they were on my face, and the second time I was cleaning them off when the ear piece snapped clean off. I'm not rough with my glasses, I feel they are just a low quality. After 12 years of wearing glasses, this is the only place I have had my glasses break.

I would not consider buying eye glasses elsewhere. The staff was very courteous about looking up my insurance benefits and working with me to choose options close to those amounts. When I admired a glass frame that was very expensive, I was quickly shown a similar model within my budget. They even adjusted the height of bifocals to my preferred height and told me what kind of frame shapes to avoid if I wanted my lower bifocal height. Once the frames came in, they were professionally fitted for me. Excellent service all the way around.

I had eye surgery and when it was over my vision was 20/20 again and was totally discomfort free. excellent care and follow up. thank you
