This place has horrible service. They have been extremely rude to me the past few times we have been there, and I decided to give it one last shot, but that was a ridiculous decision. I have always felt like I was discriminated against here for a variety of reasons (biracial family, child with a disorder, having my children with me in the office, etc.) but last time I went in there they actually went so far as to discriminate against the fact that I am disabled. I wish I had recorded it because what they said was so bad that I could probably sue them if I wanted to. Employees of medical facilities shouldn't make light of people dealing with potentially deadly complications from genetic diseases, but that's what they did. Newsflash to the constantly-beachy lady and the I-think-I'm-better-than-everyone-else guy who work there: people have ears, which means they can hear you, especially when they are a few feet away. (And loudly whispering about what you think of random passerby isn't helpful or charming either I could have certainly done without hearing about either of your politics/lifestyle/culture/apparel choices or what you think should happen to people who don't hold your same views, sheesh.) Overall very cold and rude. And for the record, they have a terrible selection on glasses and always have an awful wait time, even if I show up for appointments early or on time. I will never go here again, and I regret giving them any of my hard-earned money in the first place.

Good overall experience, friendly staff and examination for the eyes. Clean place, there was no pressure to purchase anything other than what I was looking for. Good selection of glasses, and good deals on purchasing a pair of glasses if your insurance doesn't cover the best quality glasses. Good place to go.

My sister sent me here and when I went in the doctor and his staff is very friendly and understanding I’m hard of hearing and read more lips then anything he removed his mask to tell his staff she read lips and the staff all was so helpful I’m so glad I came across this doctor thanks Dr Tavel you and your staff are great and wonderful people

Very nice and knowledgeable Dr. and staff. The important part is that they share their knowledge with you. When you leave the office, you know exactly what is going on with your eyes. I'm always confident I'll get the best care possible. Thank you everyone! See you next year.

Had an appt in early October for contacts. I was told it was going to take about 2-3 weeks to get the sample contacts in. After the 3rd week, I called only to find they were on back order. It's been about a month and half and still no contacts. Tired of waiting, I called and tried to get my prescription faxed over and was first told, it was going to be a couple hours. And when I mentioned I needed it faxed to another eye place, it was going to be all day and that it wouldn't get faxed until tomorrow probably. Funny I called customer service and explained what happened, and they said it would be about 30 minutes to get it faxed which is much better than all day.

Went in and didn't get acknowledged payed $200 for my sons glasses and a screw and a peice of the side fell off these are "Nike" brand. What kind of place doesn't send out glasses to get fixed?? We just bought these!! Crappy service and poor customer service very unhappy she didn't even try or wanted to be bothered with me.. no longer going there.. EVER again!!!

I love coming here. they are always so friendly and take the Time to talk to you if you have any questions. it does not take a long time do them to see you either an plus your inside the mall so u can get some shopping done if u need to.

The Dr. provides a thorough examination. Best prescription in years!! Staff are VERY friendly and whoever places the orders has mastered inefficiency. For 3 years our orders have come back incorrect. Wrong frames, another set of glasses that should have been contacts, 4-5 week waiting period or getting an automated call that our "order is in" when it isn't. We will continue to go back for the Dr., but it's nice to know that the law requires them to provide a prescription so that we can go somewhere else for glasses/contacts if we want.

Absolutely like this place. Went there for the first time, and they treated me so nice. Gave me a appointment as soon as they could . Later, Went in for my appointment and the doctor was so generous. Definitely a great place.

Horrible! Three girls behind desk would rather sit and text on their phones then help me. I waited twenty minutes for someone to come from the back to help me.
