By far the rudest customer service return employees. They had no interest in helping me with the ordering online situation I had gotten myself into. The employee, while on her phone at the desk, said "well that's the policy, nothing I can do about it. If you don't like it talk to a manager." Who talks to customers like that? I went to a different Kohl's and was helped quickly and without attitude,

Crowded with holiday shoppers, but everyone was pleasant. Long line to check out, but all registers were open and moving smoothly. You can return Amazon packages for free there. No line for that.

Outstanding place to shop. 98%of the employees are always willing to help. The only downside is the merchandise is overloaded on shelves and racks. Pull one item out and others fall to the floor.

Very satisfied with store and its service. Some employees act a bit stuffy but overall service is pleasant.

One Incident today at CSR desk in back where you give something in their hand and they lay it down rather than give it back to you the same way.

Insanely slow lines, a lot of clutter in store and cashier not friendly at all but, my past experience at this location were much better. Not sure what changed.

Exellent customer service. I can for a pair of shoes and they dodnt have my size for the ones I liked. An employee named Diana went above and beyond to help me out and search all the other locations to find my size.

I had a cashier who went out of her way to make sure that I got a product at the price I was told. There was a misleading sign and an associate gave me the wrong information. She made sure that I was taken care of and was very patient. I didn't ask for a manager's help, but she got one anyway and explained the situation. She was able to get the manager to decrease the price due to misleading information. She gave great customer service and went above and beyond. I don't blame the cashier for the price issue. She is only there to scan items and give great customer service in which she did. She's a great cashier.

Had a great experience today! Found what we needed and Steven who rung us up was very kind and helpful. I wish I had the customer service gentleman's name, Steven's manager, who found the Fitbit Blaze for us on the other side of the store!! He went out of his way to assist us and be gracious! AND we walked into a fully stocked store with our 30% off coupon and walked out after $154.33 savings and $40 in Kohl's Cash!!! Awesome! Thanks Kohl's!!!

Between sales and coupons got a $100 pair of pants for less Than $17 including tax. Just wish the store wasn't so messy.

I came in to the store since I got for my birthday a carry on luggage but I did not get a gift receipt for it so I came in and asked the front desk if I can exchange for a different color. The guy in front said yes but they would credit me a percentage of the value so about 72 dollars. I said ok so I came back to the front and since I didn't have a receipt he told me to go to customer service, once there the guy told me he would credit me 41 dollars for it. And the actual price was over 130 but since it was a color that was not in the showroom they said it was cheaper. So they did credit me for the 72 and I paid the difference to get the one I liked. They were both friendly and helpful but their system has to be better since they both did not agree to the amount. I will give them a try another time but I will pay with a credit card just in case I have to return my items. And as a gift please get a gift receipt if you receive an item.

There is nothing more disappointing than having clothes that are mismarked with pricing. Maybe it was the time of evening but this store was much more disheveled than our Kohls stores.
