  Very shady. I go to check out- use my 30% off coupon. Looks great- my balance due is 53.26. Then I give the associate my 50.00 kohls cash expecting to pay 3.26. Well, the computer doesn't register that way.. my balance is now 16.41 !!!! Associate was kind, but what you're doing KOHLS, is wrong! Keep your kohls cash- I'll shop elsewhere- the quality of your products has declined over the years anyways.

  Great store. Had bathrooms when our crappy company training offered only porta pottys. I don't work in construction and I'm not 10 years old. FCA training is stupid

  Just spent thirty minutes in the jewellery dept looking for a charm. 3 different employees could talk about lotions but not a single one could say hello, let alone offer to help me.

  Stopped at the jewelry counter looking for a birthday gift and a spring bar for my watch. Maggie promptly waited on me and was as cheerful and helpful as anyone I have encountered in a retail store. Thank you Maggie for helping with the gift and your great service. I will certainly be back!

  I rarely shop here but my wife does. After a visit she rarely leaves empty-handed. With her discounts and Kohl's cash, she talks to me about the bargains she found and how cheaply she got so-and-so item. She probably would want me to rate 5 stars but they cost me too much darn money. lol
