The service department took great care of me after an unfortunate situation at another dealer. They definitely earned a new customer. Top notch customer service!

Excellent place to do business with and great sales and service. Traveled 9+ hours to buy a bike from this dealership with a great price and friendly staff. Enjoying my CVO street glide.

Huge showroom to match the huge prices. They have a really nice selection though. After all, HD stands for hundred dollarlol

Just left the dealership after putting a deposit down for a heritage classic and road King special. I must say my previous 4 trips to this store the past 3 weeks has been anything but a stark contrast to the negativity being posted on these reviews.

The sales team has had people go on vacation (Memorial Day weekend) but they have over communicated with each other my entire deal and have cc'd all parties with email threads. Not once have I felt like I wasn't being taken care of.

The sales reps aren't over bearing vultures like powder keg, the staff is very friendly and they have a great selection unlike other stores. Keep in mind if they have too many bikes and can't move them then its a disadvantage to them.

Their prices are marked right on the bikes.

Trying finding a better selection of bikes with pricing transparency and a relaxed sales team. You can't.

Thanks again Mack, Steve, Rick and Robert!

I had a bad experience in Orlando Florida West Harley Davidson when I was attending MMI/UTI .
I came back to Cincinnati with sketchy credit and $1000 on foot and The Whole Team made sure I Had all the clothes , helmet and chaps and everything I needed to roll out with Harley .
They worked together like a Harley Motor and gotter done .
    That's How They Roll. :)

Great place. Bought a used ultra limited. Excellent staff and very friendly. Always willing to help better than some of those big HD stores. I plan on buying my next HD from Cincinnati Harley.

Central location is easy access for all of Cincinnati, and close to the Norwood lateral makes this place very convenient. Friendly staff and clean show floor are great for new and experienced riders alike. The sales representatives are kind and knowledgeable, and do not push a sale on you. The bikes are expensive, but beautiful!
