I love going to this Kohl's. Always friendly service. It's usually busy when I go, so I can't comment on the speedy service, as it's not fair when they're backed up to rate them low. Lines happen.

Very disappointing. Who had the stupid idea not to carry size 11 women's shoes? I don't want to order online. I want to be able to try on for comfort. Discrimination against those outside the average

I was very disappointed in the service we received from the jewelry counter. The lady is usually very pleasant and helpful but she was very rude today. I purchased a Relic watch from there and the second hand broke inside. I took the original packaging and asked her how I go about getting it fixed, her reply was "read the instructions inside the manual for return policy" . So then my mother asked to see a bracelet that was on sale, she was very interested in purchasing until she asked if her coupon worked on sale items. Needless to say again her response was "read your coupon" . Well at this point we put our stuff in our cart back and went elsewhere. We absolutely love kohl's but I think I'll choose a different location next time. Very disappointed in this visit unfortunately.

I usually shop Kohl's first. However, thus Kohl's Men's department is always in shambles and their size selection is poor. I keep trying in hopes this improves as the rest of the store is fine. Friendly staff.
