Good place for shopping! Unacceptable customer service. Make you to go to 3-4 person for returns, didn’t want to work with me. 2 floor customer service personal need to be professional and do their job.

I love this store. The sales women in the women's Atletic Department was very helpful. If they didn't have your size, she would offer to order it for you.

Ok I'm from Atlanta and I'm used to being able to hop over to Phipps and Perimeter on my lunch break. I had a ten year running rapport with the sales people. I typically shop in kids and cosmetics. So after shopping here a handful of timesIs it just me or is the (I'm assuming he's the mgr anyhow..) cosmetics manager a bit of a super douche? And really if I woke up and couldn't decide if I wanted to look like Oliver Platt or The Crow and crossed the two I wouldn't be a dick and run off all the potential customers as he has. I'll just text my usual sales girl in Atlanta, let her place the order for me and ship it to my house. The only reason I'll go here is to return something that I didn't like from this process. Get the stick out of his ass, remind him that a little humility goes a long way and you might gain more business. But that could just be me I don't see a lot of people shopping in cosmetics and it could possibly be that he's running them all off.

The shoe section of this store is excellent. Service is prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Great variety of types and brands of shoes. Upscale store at a higher end mall.

Great customer service! Went in at 8 pm during the anniversary sale and it wasn't crowded with 2 days left of the sale. I walked up to customer service to make returns and both registers were in use so another associate walked me to an open one and helped me out right away!

I had a great experience at this store! Lots of options for dresses! Diana Browning was extremely helpful and kept an honest opinion. She clearly knew what she was talking about! The jewelry selection had fewer options but over all I had a great experience in the store!

Had a delicious lunch, a bit pricey but lovely. Shopped in Petites and the salesperson was very helpful and easy to work with. Glad to have Nordstrom in town! Great store!
