Great selection but the sales clerk in jewelry was really rude. Did her best to ignore all the customers

Always a great experience shopping here! It's the people that work at this specific location that always provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience that keeps us coming back!

Coming out of the womend washroom, I tripped over the housekeeping bucket. My fault, totally, but there was a man behind the service desk, he didn't ask if I was ok, call me clumsy, anything. He didn't even look up. It wasn't just a trip, I stumbled to the desk, I do have a skin tear on my right knee, through my pants. He could have at least acknowledged me.

Would've given 5 stars if shoe selection was better and I hate the buy one get one half off deals because the retail prices are outrageous if you only need one.
The checkout lady was fantastic.response / report this review -

The parking is great. The sales team is very courteous and helpful. Never had a bad experience at this location as opposed to other Kohl's stores

This store is very organized and the setup is much easier to go through compared to most Kohls stores. First visit and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

My favorite store. Just make sure the cashiers remove the sensors from your clothing before leaving. I've had to take items back 3 times this year already. You would think it would beep at the doors but all 3 times there was not an alert, so I had to drive back. Otherwise Kohl's offer great deals and coupons. Also the service from all the employees here is extremely great. The products are quality. No walmart for me!!! Don't forget to use your Kohl's cash $$$$
