I just called the theater for show times the girl on the phone said she can give me a number to call. I asked isn't this the theater she said yes, so why can't you help me. She once again and repeated the same phrase I can give you the number. Horrible Customer Service! You can't get showtimes even when you call the theater. Where they do that at? I guess Marcus Theaters in Country Club Hills! I just called Orland I got the Showtimes.

Food purchase went smoothly. The tickets we bought online and getting them was very easy. Reclining chairs. Leather. Really nice

They have remodeled and it does look great. however. I recommend not to go on Saturday or Friday nights because the crowd gets frisky, loud and raunchy. I went on a Saturday night and tons of police were there breaking up fights, people were smoking in the theater and getting drunk acting belligerent. Other than that rewards program is worth it. Snack bar is great and seats recline and warm your butt.

The theater was comfortable and we were thier for the 2:20pm showing of "Get Out". I made reservations through Fandango and reserved my seats. Once I got there, the theater was empty with about 8 couples. I decided to sit in a different place. In come a female employee of Marcus theatres with a friend. She was off the clock, in plain clothes and there to see the movie. As she past me, I thought I was in her seat. So I asked her, she didn't answer but asked if I was in my signed seat. I said "no". She then asked for my tickets. I said "no". I asked her again if I was sitting in her seat and if not, I'll stay until the person come. She asked me to go to my assigned seat. I said, "no". She's storms out to get the usher. Poor kid. He's looking around like, why is this under cover Marcus theatres employee on her off day messing with people. The manager got involved and it was a crazy, loud, and unnecessary event. I moved to be away from the undercover employee and her girlfriend who wanted to flex her power. Watch out!!! Angry employees on premises. One high light, the manager and usher on duty were the best!!!!

Love the staff here. Everyone is friendly. I lost my wallet and they were extremely helpful when I called to see if I left it there. The seats are comfortable, the popcorn is good and you can even buy alcohol and bring it right to your seat. This is the best theater in the area, no doubt! Thank you all!!
